JC Penney is my favorite department store. Good quality at reasonable prices. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Over the years, I've purchased furniture, clothing, home goods, and jewelry. Everything I've ever purchased at Penney's, I'm still using.

If you wear anything over 2x good luck . Yuba city is the place you have to go. Once in a great while you will find 3x and bigger .

Employee Christine went above and beyond to help me order my brothers 501 jeans as they didn't have his size. Great personality, friendly , cheerful and approachable. She deserves a raise!!!

I had to return speakers that did not work. The return was easy and the employee was friendly. Deep discounts on clothing and luggage. Nice perfume and makeup area. This store is located on Freeman lane in Grass Valley. Check out online coupons and in store coupons!

Today i had to teturn some speakers to JC Penneys today. They are located on Freeman lane in Grass Valley. They open at 11am (check their hours because they vary). I got there right at 11am and was greeted by a friendly lady in the returns department. The return was easy and the credit went back to the card. I did not have alot of time so i perused the store and saw some clothes that had been deeply discounted ( near the shoe area). They had a nice display of clothes and shoes. The perfume and makeup section looked really nice as well. They had great discounts on luggage and backpacks. To the left of the store there is a separate JC Pennys building that carries mens clothes and childrens apparel. In that building they also carry some appliances. I will definitrly be back to get some stocking stuffers!
