Spay/neuter services here are the most affordable around. That's what brought me in, but the caring and friendly service from everyone at the office will keep me coming back for many years. ✌️✌️”

“I don't even know where to begin. We have a 2 1/2 year old French Bulldog, Max. For the first 2 years we fed him what we thought was top of the line kibble. We tried couple different top brands. From about 6 Mos - 2 years old, Max, puked up all his meals. It was the saddest. We tried everything to help. Slow feeder bowls, small increments, Vet Visits, nothing helped!! He would projectile vomit his water and all of his food multiple times per day. The amount of times we had to clean sofa and floor was daunting. The amount of $ we spent on paper towels, crazy! Not to mention our boy couldn't keep his nutrients down. We randomly visited Shintos and decided when there to put him through their 15 week food cleanse. We had nothing to lose. Within a couple weeks, our boy no longer puked at all. On top of that, he seemed happier and much more well behaved. The amount of $ we spend on food makes him healthier and happier and we are no longer spending $ on food he's not processed, and also not going through cases of paper towel and loads of laundry. Finding Shintos was a miracle! We love stopping in once a week for his meals, and getting all the delish fresh treats. It's seriously the best for our boy and Natalie has been so helpful from day 1! Our family is forever grateful for how much happier our entire home is with a healthy, Maximus! Thank you Shintos. 5 out 5 stars and recommend for everyone who loves their fur babies!”

“Haven't been in a while and forgot how much I enjoy giving my business to incredible pets. Went to the larger pet store in town and they had no cat dewormer so came over here and imagine them being a smaller store and they actually had tons in stock in several different varieties. I actually didn't catch the woman's name who checked me out, but she had the beautiful sea glass pendant, she was just delightful and cheered me up after a rough day. Thanks!”

“Over the weekend our dear elderly cat became very ill. We took him to an Auburn vet and they prescribed antibiotics. By Monday it was clear they were not working so I called the vet we used for years (Best Friends). The front desk told us we would have to drop him off, they didn't check with the Dr., just put up a wall. So we called Brighton Greens. At first they said there would be a $140 emergency charge and we were fine with that, but after checking they found a cancellation and got us in within two hours. After consulting with the vet we decided it was time to give our kitty relief. We were able to to be with him. It seems we may have found our new vet.”

“I went into the new store on Railroad Ave to get some rice straw. I have a Tundra with a 6 foot bed that I thought would hold about 6 bales. The person helping me said "I can stack 18 bales on your truck". I settled for 12. Watching the loading was impressive. In the end, it was loaded and tied down with no worry of falling out. The person loading my truck was Julia. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She loves her job and it shows in her attention to service. I have been going to Simply Country (Ridge Feed) for over 30 years and will continue to do so.”
