“Our clinic just had the best experience with Grass Valley Sign. We were looking for a way to make the front of our clinic more informative and brighter. Working with Grass Valley Sign was great. I created the mock up of what I wanted and sent it to Will. After much back and forth, we finalized the plan. He sent two of his guys out and they were professional and did excellent work. A few of the decals didn't turn out quite as expected and they are working on finalizing those for us. The whole team is courteous and patient. The windows look better than I could have imagined and would recommend them to anyone. As a side note, I believe the letting on the front door was done by them at least 6 years ago and still looks great.”

“Very poor customer service when contacting by phone; rep could barely speak English. Cannot call or be transferred to the local office directly only a customer service center located who-knows-where, so impossible to resolve the delivery issue. Massively annoying! Yet, when I went to the store in person, everything the customer service rep told me over the phone was incorrect and my issue was resolved very satisfactorily.”
