The UPS Store in Grass Valley offers packing, shipping, printing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing services. It is locally owned and operated. Many staff members provide great, helpful, and kind customer service with a smile, handling crowds with real professionalism and keeping lines moving quickly and efficiently. Services include mailing, Amazon returns, document notarization, and Live Scan fingerprinting. The location is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. However, one employee was described as rude and unhelpful, and a supervisor was seen over-reacting with employees. A donation bin for Christmas toys is available inside in December.

I was there on Saturday and Biannca delivery a great customer service !! She was greatly helpful, always smile, besides that very kind. Only concern i saw the supervisor over reacting with some employees. Other than that.. was great i will come back to send my orders.
