I went to this UPS Store yesterday. Some curly-headed kid handled my return item with about as poor of a customer service attitude as one could possibly imagine. He handled my package with disdain, as if he was sending some kind of message. Treated me like I was a bother, though I was pleasant and polite, even thanked him nicely. This guy is apparently just a jerk, no getting around it, and it is a shame because I have used this facility before and found it fine. Something has gone wrong with the staff there. Unbelievably terrible.

This UPS STORE is great. Wairimu helped me with my package on 8/20/25. She is friendly and personable and pretty. Thanks so much for your courtesy and time. Fabulous customer service agent.

I was there on Saturday and Biannca delivery a great customer service !!
She was greatly helpful, always smile, besides that very kind.
Only concern i saw the supervisor over reacting with some employees.
Other than that.. was great i will come back to send my orders.

This place is a total money grab. I understand it's a business however they charge $2.50 to print out a piece of paper for a label and employees can't even look you in the eyes with a straight face.
Support real local business and go to one of the local mailboxes like Foothill mailbox where the employees are happy and helpful and you don't charge you rediculious fees.

holy moly incompetence!! everything broken, printing doesn't with, automatic returns do not work, staff is really bad. UPS should shut this store down, what an embarrassment to the brand

Walked in and wasn't greeted. Finally someone says do you have a question. Asked if I used the copy machine to print some things. Reply was yes but you have to wait in line to pay. Went to the copier to plug in a flash drive and was told they can't because of security reasons. Staff doesn't smile, say hello or provide any of the normal customer service you would expect. WEBSITE SPECIFICALLY LISTS PRINTING FROM A USB OR FLASH DRIVE. Would never go back. Terrible customer service. Totally different experience from the last ups store I was in off Bell Rd in Auburn (they are friendly and fast)! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!

I’m not certain how they managed to do it but it seems like this location only hired the most incompetent rude employees. I’ve been in there a few times and each time it’s an incredibly long wait and horrendous customer service. After this last time I’ve decided I’ll just make the trip somewhere else.

I am a lawyer. I needed copies for a trial. I went in over my 1.5 hour lunch break for 4 copies of 4 pages. B&W on plain white Letter size paper, nothing special. It took them 45 minutes to get me three copies. I had to leave before they were done because a literal courtroom full of people were waiting on me. After spending an entire 90 minute break, I was still 10 minutes late. Mind you, this was not caused by long lines or a busy lobby. It took 45 minutes for the lady to figure out how to use their own copy machine.

Warning: This UPS store does not honor guaranteed delivery.
We paid $135 for overnight shipping with AM delivery, guaranteed. We chose UPS instead of FedEx or USPS because of the guarantee.
Delivery was five days late. Multiple UPS representatives told us we would get a refund because of the service we paid for.
The refund has to be processed by and is at the discretion of the particular UPS store where the package was shipped. We were warned by the UPS store employee when we submitted for the refund that this particular store never honors the guarantee.
We were notified by the store that we would not be receiving a refund.
We will never ship with this store again. USPS and FedEx both offer similar services at a lower price, without a guaranteed delivery time. Since the UPS guarantee is not honored by this location, it has no value.
Next time we ship with UPS, we will use a different location. Otherwise, we will use USPS or FedEx.
