I have been with Verizon for several years and the customer service their USED to be outstanding well not anymore. I had a past due of about $37 and was treated like I don't pay my bill. I'm paying $160 per month and was treated as if I was months behind and when I questioned why I just paid off a month I had another month owing in about a week and was told "That's the way it goes" excuse me the rep didn't want to look at what the problem was I found out the problem on my own I wish there were more phone services offered in my area because I'd be switching in a nano second!

I guess it was luck of the draw I was in and out. My experience was good. Josh was courteous and polite five stars across the board. I'm happy with the purchase and the product that I acquired.
