“I have a Volkswagen 2019 E golf that I bought used and absolutely love, but has given me anxiety every time I go to charge it. From Day One it was always a guessing game, one that I would often lose, of whether it was going to charge or not. I took it to the dealership and they wanted to completely replace the entire charging module, quoted at four grand. Their explanation was flimsy, and when I talked to Nick on the phone, he took his time and confidently explained why he thought that this was not the actual problem with the car Nick and his team took care of the issue for significantly less, and now my car charges without issue. Mellow motors made me feel like a real human being when they talk to me and were extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back here again. Highly recommend!”

“My friend was having trouble and needed a mechanic so I took her here based on reviews online, and Robin really seems like an honest, kind, and hard working person.

It was hard to find parking. The place was packed to the gills with cars and he warned us he was super busy but asked what we needed help with. Because her issue seemed it might be relatively quick he looked at it for us, and he definitely was busy, but here and there in between working on other cars he would pop up from under a car and try something and have us run her car or drive down the street and back to see if a fix worked. She had been afraid her car was finally dead, and that she wouldn’t be able to afford fixing it, but before long he had her car fixed and back on the road.

I feel very positive about him and grateful to him for having helped my friend, he’s off to a great first impression with me and I would definitely reccomend him and go to him for repair work in the future.”
