“I live just around the corner from Twin Peaks Auto Care which made me suspicious about this little auto shop on the corner — by the size of the place, it looks like they couldn't handle anything more than an oil change. To say I was pleasantly surprised with their capabilities would be an understatement. I was most pleased by their attention to detail and shocked at the "no upsell" attitude. I took #BettyWhite, my faithful companion of 18 years, a Toyota Echo, there for some much-needed attention. She needed a tune up, oil change, updated water pump, belt replacements, right mudflap repair, the brakes were "making noise", and the rear-upper brake light needed a new bulb. Ken, who appears to manage the shop as well as being one of their capable mechanics, capably delivered on all the above. In addition, he was willing to re-examine/adjust the car with minor tweaks after the initial repair. (One of the belts was squeaking and needed adjustment.) I'm content that I found a #reliable and #affordable #mechanic in my neighborhood. #TwinPeaksAutoCare”

“Thoroughly impressed from start to finish! After a collision my car needed a rear bumper replacement. Kevin told me to come in at my convenience for an estimate, which to me meant ASAP. Once the part had arrived I was once again told to come at my earliest convenience--again to me ASAP. Lo and behold, the job was going to be done the same day, I was able to pick the car up later the same afternoon and wouldn't have to face the prospect of taking my daughter on the bus to school the next day. “Recently went here looking for a car and was greeted by a gentleman Dennell Hayes. This guy was AMAZING, Amazing doesn't even describe the way he was. He was ever I would want for someone and myself when looking at buying a car. Dennell was very attentive, understanding, down to earth, and a real individual. He made it very clear about the deal that we made and didn't put any pressure on me and made sure I was comfortable with all the financing and decisions. “Brought my RR Sport in this morning to get this annoying rattle fixed. Jack and I took a short drive around the block and he immediately knew what the problem was. After we got back to the shop, he slid under the car and fixed the problem in 30 seconds. Just as he suspected, the hand break cord fell out of the clip and he simply snapped it back in place. Didn't charge me anything. I can't tell you what an unexpected surprise it was to find someone with that kind of integrity. He really could have taken advantage of me, as I even told him that a buddy of mine that knows cars thought it was something more serious.From now on, I will be bringing my RR Sport here for everything.”
