“Good shop, kind owner, thorough mechanics. Went in for a tune-up and asked them to check for additional issues - they were fair in their assessment and found issues without upselling. Price is on the higher end for an independent shop, but the work is high quality and they are certified in BMW service. Would go again and recommend to others.”
“My battery died on my 2018 Audi. Found VAS on Google and read the great reviews. Called Kenny and he said that he had the battery that my car needed in stock and was able to install it within 45 mins! As this was my first time into VAS, he also offered some great advice for my car and other things to consider for the future.
I highly recommend Kenny and VAS if you have a VW or an AUDI. Reasonably priced and wonderful customer service!

“Car accidents suck especially when you're not at fault. Alioto's helped make this unpleasant experience very pleasant and reassuring through their great service, and kind communication. I was so frustrated with my car accident situation that I vented a bit to one of the Alioto's staff (Chiara), and they listened compassionately, and even added some advice around how to handle the insurance and claim. My car looked great after the repairs were completed, my car was cleaned and looked better than ever. They also made a small adjustment to another part of my car as a bonus, which was incredibly kind and generous. Thanks to Joaquin and Chiara, and everyone who helped me at Alioto's!”

He even recommended a wheel shop for the next step instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, and he didn’t charge me a thing.

One shop said they unfortunately couldn't schedule me until the following week, but that I should call The Garage and that they'd treat me well. They were right! Took my Hyundai Tucson in for diagnostics and as others mentioned, Ray and his team were super thorough with pictures and a list of what was wrong that could wait or needed urgent attention. “Great experience (once insurer finally approved the repair), clear communication, and ahead-of-schedule turnaround time. Really appreciate the attention to detail and also the car wash done in addition to the repairs. I do notice some cosmetic differences between the broken OEM side mirror and the replacement mirror they used, but all electrical/tilting functions work just as well as before, if not better.”

“I recently moved back to San Francisco from Sonoma County and there is no Subaru dealership in the City. I’m old school- used to going to a dealership for maintenance. I found Pat’s on the Internet and went in just to check them out. Forrest spent time with me asking questions about my car history and explaining their service program.
Just had my first appointment in which they did basic maintenance and a complete safety check of all my systems. Forrest called me to go over the review in detail and explain theone recommendation for additional service, which they were able to do that day . All this for much less than I would have been charged at a dealership. A friendly place with knowledgeable staff. Support this local independent business !!!”
