“I went to Art's Cyclery after looking around at other bike shops. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. I went in to get my bike chain replaced and a small tune-up along with buying a bike lock. upon entering the staff greeted me and was incredibly nice. I was able to get my bike fixed within a week. I also got the dates mixed up and brought my bike in a week early and they were kind enough to hold on to it for me until the appointment day. My bike is now fixed and runs smoothly again! The price surprised me with how fair it was. I will definitely come back here for my bike service and highly recommend it as well!”
