“I came in today and mentioned we had to relocate to SLO because of the Altadena Wild Fires and the two employees were beyond compassionate. They literally searched for random things to toss into our bag for free and gave us a 20% discount so we could stock the new game closet at our rental and help distract our two very tender girls. Incredibly kind mom and pop shop that I could not recommend more highly. Will forever remember their generosity and compassion.”

“What a wonderful store with wonderful people. We had the best experience here today. We came to buy Bibles for our two sons. Kim is amazing. She took so much time to explain all the versions of Bibles to our sons while they were deciding which Bible they wanted. Then, after we spent a good hour or more there, we all prayed together, and it was so....incredible. No words to describe. God is definitely in this place. So much peace and love here. God is good and I pray that he continues to bless the outpouring of His word The Parable Christian gives. God bless”

“Every time I'm in the area, I stop by Nans. I would go with my mom on previous trips to the area. Eclectic and varied options and sections are titled in an easy to find manner. A little overpriced in my opinion but I understand they need to make a profit.”
