“My wife and I had a great shopping experience at the San Luis Obispo Sleep Number store. We met Jake and another associate while deciding on a new bed and both were excellent, informative, and fun to talk to, which was nice considering we weren’t sure which mattress would suit us best - whether a Sleep Number or regular mattress, or which Sleep Number. Jake didn’t pressure us at all. He listened and recommended. And he also reminded us of the 100-day trial. Once we decided to go with Sleep Number, Jake worked to get us the best possible price. We slept better, but we both felt like maybe we should’ve gotten more padding.
So, near the end of the 100 days, we decided to upgrade. Even though the exchange/upgrade process takes place over the phone, we decided to visit Jake again and we were glad that we did because he gave us all the tools necessary to navigate that conversation and again obtain the best possible price. We’re very pleased with the service and confident we eventually made the right choice in mattress.”
“I have bought several pieces of furniture from Style House and they always deliver! Recently I ordered a love seat to match the couch I had and requested it be here for Thanksgiving. David assured me it would be or he would loan me one until it came in. Sure enough, when the warehouse was slow he hand delivered a loaner from his showroom floor! I was able to have enough seating for family and he then exchanged them out when my order arrived. Now that’s service!”
“We were led to believe the delivery men were going to remove our old bed frame. This was not so. We had it stripped down to headboard footboard and side rails waiting for them to remove the rest that was VERY heavy. Luckily they were willing to help unscrew and take out the pieces of the old frame with our help doing so. Your sales people need to make it very explicit in your contract that the room must be cleared of the old furniture first by the homeowner. This was very upsetting for us during the entire delivery process. FYI this needs to be taken care of ASAP.”

Dennis and his wife were welcoming and respectful of our time and did not pressure us at all.
We sat on ALL the couches and sent photos to the mister who couldn't be there. We found the perfect new couch for a GREAT price!
