He is very attentive and has really worked with me to find clothing that suits my particular needs on multiple occasions. Luis' customer service skills are the reason I have and will continue to return to the pismo location and I hope to see him each time. I truly believe he deserves $100/hr and a coupon to his pizza place of choice.”
“Ok for real Jazel 100/10 I would give this place a higher review but I can't. She was the best worker ever. I haven't bought clothes since before highschool because of how expensive they are *I'm 22*. I was only planning on buying one thing and even then maybe not. I went up to Jazel and asked her if she could help me. This amazing women literally showed me every line of clothing that would fit my body. Picked out some outfits that were adorable and five of those outfits I bought. Not one not two but five and that takes effort because my body is hard to cloth. Give this girl a raise because 100% would shop again and recommend to other.”
“Awesome little store with great apparel in the rugged, outdoorsy vibe. Topo is one of my favorite brands that they carry. Also a good spot to find little gifts. Staff is always friendly and helpful, never pushy. Last time I checked they sold Dad Grass which is super cool too.”

The staff is also super friendly and very helpful. If they don't have something in your size, you can call and order it and they will ship it to you.”
“Tons of souvenirs (shirts, sweaters,etc.) There was also stuff for the beach (shovels etc). I was here for the 4th weekend so there were tons of 4th of July gear (flags for cars and atv). Very nice owner”
“I walked in looking for a suit for an upcoming wedding. Last time I went to a Men’s Wear House I was not taken seriously and had to beg for help, ultimately disappointed with the experience. When I walked in today, Eric immediately greeted me and was ready to help. I gave him a reference of the suit I was looking for and to my surprise it was in stock. He took my measurements, helped me find the perfect fit, and offered a tailoring service. He was extremely helpful and charismatic, and saved my butt for this wedding! I would buy 100 more suits from Eric!”

“Wonderful location with amazing staff! Morgaynne really came in clutch for when the groom’s dress shirt was left behind at his far-distance home and just realized an hour before the wedding started. I went to many stores but had difficulty finding the right size. She helped me find a short-sleeved 2XL oversized shirt that would fit the groom and even steamed it for us asap. She saved the day and the groom looked amazing, the bride didn’t even know until the end when he told her the story. Shout out to Morgaynne and the staff here at Calvin Klein for excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help us!”

A particular note was the assistance that I got from Ali in the shoe department, she enjoys her job and explains the shoes. I noticed that at one point it got really busy and she handled the shoe crowd well all by yourself!”

“My daughter and I went in some time last week to finish up on some school shopping. We were welcomed in and I like that they noticed us upon arriving. There were two workers there and they made it easy to mingle with their customers and I really liked that. My daughter was looking for a size 22 in woman’s jeans and I seen you didn’t have it out on the floor. I asked the lady if there was a chance there was a pair in the back. She was so happy to go and look for us. And asked if there was any thing else she can look for before she went to the back. She came back with a size 22 jeans my daughter wanted and my daughter was so happy. We were so pleased with her customer service. She told us about the sale on the jeans for woman and the clearance as well. I felt so bad because we kept bugging her on checking prices and what clothing went with what sales. She was happy to let us know and did it with a smile. Her and the gentleman were so funny, the way she interacted with the small kids as well. At the end when she rung us up she was very polite and told us their name is Monica & Chris and asked us if and when we had time if we could leave a google review to let them know how there customer service was. And she was very honest and said if there service was not up to our standards be honest and let them know where they can better them selfs at. I love that she said that it made us laugh and I told her and Chris they were amazing and helped us out a lot. We will definitely be coming back soon. “The owner and staff are so sweet and knowledgeable of what colors and fits accommodate body types. Even though I did not choose a dress from here, the personal concierge feel was great. I was in a time crunch and if you need to order, they have access to fast shipping. I did not have an appointment but these ladies were so welcoming and said walk ins were OK. I will definitely come back for any formal dress needs....they had dresses for many bodies/ ages....”
