Downtown Marsh Street was already closed, a hurried employee leaving in car would not stop while waving to her to ask if the Regional PO at Dalidio along Madonna Road was open.”

“My wife and I went in to renew our passport. Lacy, the postal employee greeted us and was very friendly. She helped us through the whole process. She was very kind, friendly and professional. I chose to come to Grover Beach post office to renew our passports even though we live in Fresno where you must be rude to work there.”
