Quest Diagnostics

Medical Labs
Hours: Quest Diagnostics offers a range of lab testing services, including COVID-19 antibody testing by appointment. The location is situated inside a VONS store, making it convenient and easy to find, with ample parking and a separate entrance. Patients can schedule appointments online at QuestDiagnostics.com and find tips for preparing for their tests. Walk-in patients are generally advised to make an appointment, as most slots are booked up to two weeks in advance, and walk-ins may need to wait longer due to limited staffing, often with only one phlebotomist available at a time. The staff at Quest are praised for their professionalism and friendliness. Several reviews highlight the exceptional care provided by lab technicians, particularly noting their gentle approach and ability to minimize discomfort, bruising, or pain during blood draws. Staff members are also described as kind and understanding, especially when patients are in a rush or concerned about fainting. The facility is small but very clean and well-maintained, with efficient check-in procedures and clear updates on wait times. Overall, Quest Diagnostics is a reliable and convenient choice for lab testing, especially for those with appointments, and is appreciated for its friendly staff, cleanliness, and ease of access.
