“The staff is always friendly and helpful, greeting me as soon as I entered the door. After having issues with another local credit union, I had to come in to look for local accounts and after hearing good things I tried them out and was happy with the service. It's unfortunate that they are only open 3 days a week, but they have another branch 15 minutes south that is open Monday through Friday plus they have a convenient night drop box. When I call having a question or needing help, it is real people who answer and not an automated teller that I have to wait 15 minutes just to speak to someone.”

You can create a relationship with the employees.I have chatted with both of the women who work at this branch. As we say in Hawai’i, we “talk story.” I relocated from Maui, where these types of relationships with business folks are common, so it was a pleasant surprise to find aloha right down the street.”
