“The staff are friends so always friendly and engaging. :-) We are going into the rainy season, which means the pool area is not very usable. But the inside of the bar is very nice, warm, and are great place to hangout”

“Raced here last night hoping to make it before the kitchen closed. When we arrived at 9:55, the owner welcomed us in and served us perfectly cooked ribeye and hearty homemade meatloaf. We went to bed on full stomachs and woke up to a beautiful scene outside the van thanks to a terrific recommendation where to pull off for the night. ‘Til next time Rio Nido Lodge!”
“This was my first Glamping experience and I loved it. The tent was roomie and came with a fire pit and small table and a cooler. The bed was so comfortable; I need to know the brand because I am about to buy the same mattress for home. Can you tell me what it is Johnson’s Beach person?? Please and thank you.”

“This place is made awesome by the owner Al. An amazingly generous host. The rooms are simple and very comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony is bound by one rule - be considerate of other guests. “The breakfast was excellent, one step down from a full hot breakfast. Many options and good quality. The property is adorable, and features a well behaved cat named Smores. He hung out on my lap while we ate on the patio, elavting the experience. Staff were delightful. Coming back forsure!
They offer smores in the evening also, nice touch!”
