“My partner and I stayed at the Madrona for two nights in March. It was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time. The mansion is gracious, welcoming, modern, and cozy all at the same time. If you have the opportunity, I encourage you to wake up early and spend some time in the main parlor as the sun creeps over the hills. It's incredibly peaceful and leads your mind to wonder what it must have been like for the original owners to live in this gorgeous place. The grounds are beautifully gardened. Spending time on the front porch or strolling the grounds fulfills your soul. We want to come back and enjoy the pool in warmer weather. The staff at the Madrona is top notch. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. If you need a wine tasting booked, check on local restaurant, or ask advice on things to do, they are there to help.We are looking forward to our next visit!”

“Clean, new, and comfortable stay! Christine, our host was so friendly and helpful. About a 3 minute drive from downtown or a 20 minute walk. The breakfast is delicious, so definitely sign up for it!”

“We loved our two night stay at H2 hotel! It was affordable complared to the other hotels in the area. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything we needed down town and wineries are so close!! The continental breakfast was not much to write home about but it was included so no complaints! We would totally stay here again.”

“Absolutely loved the tranquility and ambience of this Inn. We has the pezzi king room with its own little sitting area that opened up to the gardens and lily pond. So serene! Room was well equipped and a most appreciated amenity was the delicious coffee provided with the coffeemaker. Shower and separate soaking tub were huge..staff was fantastic and attentive..lots of different sitting areas in the public communal spots. Eine completed our afternoon ritual. When it was raining, we each made a little pot of tea and took it outside on the.covered porch. Nestled on our cozy couches, we sipped our tea and watched the rainfall freshen the air and flowers. It was an easy walk to the shops of Healdsburg. Just a delightful stay. Oh, and the bocci Court was fun, too.”

“This hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The prices were reasonable and the breakfast was quite generous. Many amenities were offered: beautiful toiletries, coffee in-room, creative decorating details like multicolored lights around the wall and a lit-up mirror frame.

Even though there was a policy on changing bed linens and towels only every three days (the length of our stay), the housekeeper took meticulous care of our rooms, making our beds, freshening up everything, and restocking our supplies when needed. She did give us new towels when they were obviously used by us.

The only thing that caused great inconvenience was the lack of an elevator. Wouldn't you know it, we were assigned rooms on the third (top) floor, and we are seniors with mobility problems. I was afraid I was going to fall down the stairs dragging my suitcase up to my room. In checking out, I brought the contents of my suitcase down in small quantities.

In the future, we will only be guests again if we are assigned rooms on the first floor.”

“Honestly? I have no idea what it's like, because I live in poverty, up in Oregon; but I'm originally from Healdsburg! I've been Homesick for Healdsburg for 58 years! I'm saving $$ to take a trip home. I probably won't be able to return to Healdsburg until May of 2028, but just PLANNING this trip now, is fun and exciting! I looked into the Dry Creek Inn, online, and from what I can see, it's lovely! Unfortunately, it's too expensive, fory budget.?”
