“The service you get from Jose and his wife is exceptional. I dropped of my laptop for some water damage and I though my laptop was done for. But nope! I dropped it off to Jose and he told me step by step what could be done and what he can try to do to save it for me if he could at the lowest cost. He diagnosed the problem with in a couple of house and had it cleaned up to save me money. I couldn’t be more thankful to Jose and his wife for their service. “David an amazing is IT tech. This is my second iMac and it was slowing down so took it to HQ computers to get cleaned up. David. did advise that I had 4 gigs and if would change it to 16 gigs upgrade it computer will work faster and will ask last another 8 years after a few days with that I took it back and did what he recommended in my computers amazing fast. I will definitely recommend Dave from HQ computers and will continue go to get my computer fixed if any issues.”

“My experience at your Fullerton store was very positive. Daniel who helped me initially was very positive. I needed a new battery for my flip phone and he was very helpful about the process. Upon my return to get my battery installed i was able to get that done within 24 hrs. When I picked up my phone they were very busy but work was still getting done. As I was waiting, there were several other customers waiting. A very irate woman came in and Ms. Ponce came out to help her and although the woman went on and on but during everything, Ms. Ponce remained calm and let the woman go on until she was done and left satisfied. The store obviously needs more staff. However, my experience was positive.”

“Mark came out to reconnect our entertainment center after it had been stored for many months due to a water leak restoration. The electronics were a mess. There had been some attempt by the company that disassembled it to label cables but they were confusing and not complete. We have multiple applications including surround sound. Mark is exceptional. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable, but he is patient (we asked a lot of questions!), helpful, cheerful and high energy. He got us back up better than it was before. “I have a Carvin bass head that I put a lot of mileage on from 1994-2011, when it stopped working. I contacted multiple repair shops as well as Carvin and they all told me it was beyond repair. After 12 years of sitting in my garage, my amp finally found someone who believed that it still had some life in it. George looked it over for free and a few weeks later my amp was good as new for under $150. Great people, great service.”

“If you are looking for classic arcade game repair, honesty, reliability, accountability, great customer service, with expertise to match, congratulations, you've found the leprechaun at the end of the rainbow in John and PNL. He was able to get my classic Super Ms. Pacman game up and running again while saving me the unnecessary burden of being taken advantage as an unknowing customer. Through his expert trouble shooting, he was able to pinpoint the problem within my game at a price that is beyond reasonable. He honored both his word and his warranty with no hesitation. If only there were more honest and hardworking professionals like John who are unwilling to take advantage of unsuspecting customers, the world would be a much better place. If you are considering a repair technician for your classic arcade games, - in my opinion- you've just found the best in the GAME!
