“Brought my sons iPad here wouldn't turn on or charge they charged a small fee to check it out and the fee would go into the full price if I had it repaired . They contacted me the next day with the results needed a mother board I agreed to a very fair price and would be ready in a few hours. I was contacted that it was ready and told my iPad was outdated so the original mother board was obsolete so they actually upgraded the mother board to the next gen for the same agreed price , I have never had any shop do any upgrades big or small for the same price. Great shop super friendly they tell you exactly what you need and get it done for excellent prices what more can you ask for. Thank you guy's so much I will be coming here for any other problem's I ever have with my devices.”

“My son lost his SIM card for his phone and I was calling around to see if I can get one without paying $40. I called Go Gadget Repairs, but they were not available. They called me back 5 minutes later stating that they received a missed call from my number. I was actually on my way to another phone store and was glad that I picked up the return call from Go Gadget. The representative on the phone said that not any SIM card will work. Her store only sells AT&T prepaid SIM cards, but that will not work with my phone. I have to go to a Verizon Store or an authorized Verizon retailer to get my SIM card. I thanked her for her knowledge and honesty. The other phone store that I was driving to said that they have prepaid SIM cards and that was it. I told him that I already have a phone line, and just need a new SIM card to activate the phone. He said, "Yes, I have it." I asked him how much was it and he said that it was $5. I thought that it was really sketchy, but was on my way anyways. I was so glad that Go Gadget called me and educated me. This call saved me a trip to the wrong place. “Went here to get my laptop's (Lenovo Legion) vents and heat sinks cleaned out and the thermal paste replaced. They had it done within a couple hours and my laptop runs noticeably faster. It cost me $85, which I consider fair. Can't speak for other services, but for laptop cleaning and maintenance they did a good job in a timely fashion.”

“My experience was 100% great. I had called Friday and conversed with a gentleman who was knowledgeable, and not in a haste. Saturday morning, I headed there, was in and out with no issues. The energy was 100%.The customer service was professional. Though I can't recall the guy's name who assisted me for being excited that my battery issue was finally resolved after getting the run around from the Porsche Dealer, that did not want to own up to any accountability. All good though. It all still worked out in my favor. “I needed a new 4 Pin Molex to SATA Power Cable since mine (black ESATA plastic cover) broke. I didn't want to go far away and order online so I tried the local stores. None of them (e.g., PCS HQ a few doors down in the same building) would give me one except The Laptop Experts. A guy came out right away after entering the lobby. I showed him my old broken one. He went into the backroom and had a spare one to sell. I looked and agreed to buy it. Quick and easy to get a simple part from a store. Thank you! I will return if I need another one badly. “I am so pleased with this company. I have a 60" Samsung TV that they fixed. They had to pick it up and once diagnosed, ordered the parts to replace it. Unfortunately, the wrong parts were sent to them so it took a good 10 days before I got my TV back but it was worth it. Wendy will get your information over the phone and is very polite and kind. Carlos picked my TV up and returned it and gave excellent service. He both called and text me several times and was very helpful. I would fully recommend this company.”
