The store provides great service in a variety of ways and is described as remarkably helpful and caring. Staff members have spent a great deal of time assisting customers, showing they are invested in customer service and trying to make things right. The staff is noted as very helpful and friendly, more so than other locations, and the store is well-run. While some interactions have noted staff that can be rude or not courteous, overall the team is recognized for being super helpful with both easier and harder tasks, ensuring accuracy and providing valuable assistance.
These people work very hard and I usually get wonderful service here. Today I witnessed unexpected rudeness by one of the employees. Repeatedly!!! Several people left upset. I really hope this gentleman has a better rest of his day and is feeling better tomorrow. If you can wait one more day you definitely should.
