“I bought my BMW I3 from Horatio after months of research and visiting 8 dealers around the bay. The experience with other sellers as so bad compaired to Select Motors that before Horatio had the car I wanted I had decided that I would wait to buy it from him. Why, because he is very efficient, honest, knows his cars inside and out, and wants a lifetime relationship with his customers. No other dealer I met came close to meeting those qualities. Finally, he had the car! We had texted enough in advance that when it came it we agreed on a price and time to buy via text. I brought a bank check, the paperwork was ready, the car was as advertised, he did not try to upsell me on anything - the whole transaction took 20 min! (On a Saturday, no less.)
