I felt a lot of judgement and belittlement when I opted not to get the maintenance package, and further judgment when I told him I had taken previous vehicles to Big O Tires for service due to financial reasons and not wanting or being able to pay for service at a dealership.”

I was really impressed by his knowledge of local lenders and interest rates and how hard he worked on getting my family the best loan. He is equipped with all the necessary software and printers to interface with lenders and the CA. DMV making for a one stop transaction. He has excellent communication skills and was texting me with updates throughout our purchase process. The Car House lot is not huge but has a nice rotating variety of used vehicles. “I don’t normally post reviews, but Bob @ BK Motors sure deserves one.
I had a great experience with this dealership in buying a car from Bob.
This guy is one of the few independent auto dealers that really takes care of his clients. He’s been in business 44 years from what I learned. He’s located out in Half Moon Bay and his office looks like a museum, such a great place just to visit.
But the best part was the Toyota Tacoma I bought from him. It was in beautiful shape, high mileage, but he had all the service records. Bob let me take it on a good test drive so we could check out the four-wheel-drive and he got me a great loan over at the local credit union.
If you want an enjoyable experience buying a used car, go see Bob. He’s not the typical “used car dealer””
