I was really impressed by his knowledge of local lenders and interest rates and how hard he worked on getting my family the best loan. He is equipped with all the necessary software and printers to interface with lenders and the CA. DMV making for a one stop transaction. He has excellent communication skills and was texting me with updates throughout our purchase process. The Car House lot is not huge but has a nice rotating variety of used vehicles. “We called ahead of time for a certain car, once we arrived Cesar came out right away with the key to show us the car. We test drove it and everything felt great. Not sure what the paperwork guy's name is but he was very patient especially when finding me a good deal due to my credit score. Went back the next day after getting the car to re sign a contract and Cesar took my car for a quick wash. Overall nice transaction and great car”

“Amazing service. We called Jesus at 8:13 Saturday December 31 (NYE) about a window busted out of our car which needed to be fixed immediately because an atmospheric river rain storm was filling our car with water. He called around to multiple warehouses, most of which were closed for the holiday weekend, found a warehouse with the glass we needed, drove to pick it up, and replaced the broken window before noon. I can't thank or recommend JC Auto Glass enough.”
