“I will never go anywhere again for an appliance! This is a hidden gem in Hanford, which is why I traveled all the way from Clovis to purchase my SPEED QUEEN set here. From the first phone call to delivery, Gail was a dream to work with. Delivery by Owen was PERFECT. The delivery was on time, communicative, and professional. I no longer dread where to go for the next appliance that I need... straight to Driskell's I'll go!!”

“So long story short I didn’t have service because someone made fraudulent purchases on my Verizon account through Best Buy. I decided to just let professionals handle it because I’m not as good as they are (obviously). I go into the store with my background story of what happened and Mariah absolutely saved the day. Not only did she know exactly what to do, but she was noticing the fraud and customer care people on the phone were kind of not giving the situation the respect it needed. So she truly advocated for me and it was special and important. PLUS: she was training someone on her first day and passing on real important info to share the wealth. I don’t think I’ll go to anyone else now. When you find a good mechanic, doctor, accountant, hold on to them. She’s on my list now. Thanks Mariah!!”

“I was recently here. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S25. I was helped by a staffer named Kasandra. She was very helpful and attentive to all questions and concerns I had. Safe to say I left without any questions/concerns. I would point anyone to this Cricket location.”

“Nick, Matt, and the rest of the guys (not to mention PeeDee) are great: they're knowledgeable and helpful. MSI is a great local source for commercial and industrial electrical materials. They're a CED Square D store, but can get CH, GE, ITE, etc from other CEDs. It's great to have a resource in Hanford that's not the Stupid Place.”

“I had issue with my refrigerator since last month, took my home insurance company a couple of vendors to visit my house and figure out what was going on from fix it appliance to A&R appliance which did not figure out not until I met this guys. They were very quick and figured out the problem of my unit and patiently deal with my frustrations and concerns. Excellent customer service and communication despite the challenges of fixing my refrigerator and was able to get my refrigerator back to its shape from ice maker to the frezzer. I would highly recommend this company for any household appliance issue. I hope that they will maintain and continue the excellent service that they just gave to me. Thank you JMA!!”

“I had a great experience at Metro! There was a lady working there who was incredibly nice and helped me reconnect my phone with no problem. I wish I had gotten her name because she truly deserves recognition—she was helping me and three other customers at the same time and handled everything like a pro. She was awesome!”

“Pros: New Building, not crowded, awesome pharmacy staff, clean, good Target staff. Cons: Higher than average prices and grocery section doesn't have a lot of selection. Also, any of the labeled "Good and Gather" brand that sells in the grocery section is fake healthy food. Read the ingredients for yourself. Shame on Target for allowing that brand in their store. I wouldn't recommend Target because I don't like wasting money, but for a Target, this is a solid location.”

“I came in to buy two phones, swap my current phone with a new phone, add a new line with the second new phone, swap my current phone with one of the tablets on my account, change data service for yet another tablet on my account, plus get new chargers and cases for the two new phones that came out today. My man Kevin NAILED IT! I was in and out in less than an hour, At one point, Kevin even explained to ME what I was trying to convey to HIM! I've been coming to this same Verizon for two or three years now I've always been happy with the service I received every visit. I never leave reviews, but "Kevin" really knocked it out of the park today. Well Done!”
