“Every time I go to cash my payroll check, the staff is so friendly. They make sure I’m in and out with a timely matter. They are always very polite and make me feel welcomed.”
“Friendly, knowledgeable and great options for all your financial needs! I love the fun facts you can read in line and the marketing employee avatars always make me smile!”

“Mom and I went in to open an account because Social Security wants everyone on direct deposit. The team here made it completely obvious that we did not need an account here.
If you don't even have a $1 in your name by the end of the month. You don't need a bank account.
Thank You Chase.
When I get rich I'll come bank with you!?”

“EECU entrance (suite 101) Always great customer service. Needed a lot of one dollar bills for graduation leis and they were more than happy and prepared to give us some . Line was very fast, they have a change machine free of cost for members so no need for CoinStar machines that keep a percentage. During busy hours they utilize all their booths to minimize wait time, and we highly appreciate it. The Outdoor ATMs are very convenient for quick stops 24/7!”

“I had a pretty technician and complicated transaction to complete after the death of a family member. This is not my bank so I was worried they would be reluctant to help me with someone's account that my name was not associated with. I brought in all the paperwork I had and oh boy, what a team effort! Everyone jumped in to help me!! Madilaine was my point person and did an outstanding job! What I notice about this bank was the great attitudes of all the employees and how the people that came in while I was there all had a huge smile on their faces when dealing with their tellers. I can tell these folks take very good care of their customers. This made me want to switch to this bank!! Clean, courteous and super helpful. Highly recommend.”
“After UnionBank closed all the branches in Visalia, I had Hanford or Tulare as options. However, my business caused me to travel to Fresno often & when I was there, I would always visit their North Cedar Ave. Branch. Now THAT'S the kind of branch ALL USBank locations should emulate! The moment you step in, someone, (and ALL the employees do this, it just depends on who is free at the time. I've had a teller trainee do it as well as the branch manager), but someone always says: "Hello! How are you today? Can I get you something to drink? Water? Coffee? Soda? What can I do for you today?"This happens Every Single Time. Makes one feel like they are happy to see you and can't wait for you to come back. There's plenty of people who sit in the front at desks in Hanford & Tulare who could be doing this sort of greeting, offering a refreshment and taking an interest in the reason for a client's purpose to visit that location. Even if I simply want to make a deposit, training staff to greet customers in this manner would easily put USBank head & shoulders above any of your local competition.”
“I love Golden 1 been banking with them since 2013. It sad that the Hanford Branch has such bad reviews. Golden 1 is a really good bank(credit union) overall. They have great credit card rates compared to others in the market. If you are looking into getting a card check with Golden one first IF you bank with them.”
