Brad's Hanford Smog & Tune is a full-service automotive shop that has been around for over 30 years. They handle smog checks for new and old vehicles, along with other services like tune-ups, oil changes, and A/C repair. The shop is described as honest, legit, and reliable, with fair parts and labor prices. Customers report feeling they can be trusted, without worry about fake repairs. The customer service is consistently noted as great. The staff is friendly, and the receptionist is really cool, often recommending places to eat nearby. While the waiting room is small, it is comfortable. The shop has several people working, so wait times are reasonable; walk-in smog checks often take an hour or less, even with additional services. They treat all customers well, including the elderly. Although not the cheapest, they do good work and are reliable. Visitors can have a complimentary water or coffee while they wait.
Very nice people here and they actually helped me with my old 88' Volvo 244dl. They told me what was wrong and told me where I could go to get it fixed by a goood muffler shop for fair pricing. Thank you everyone at Brads!
