“There was a guy there, which I didn’t ask for his name. I should of but anyways let me just say he stood there helping me out and putting my glass screen on my phone for me. He even brought out two boxes out of iPhone se cases for me to choose from. I was happy I had an option to pick something I like while he was working on updating. I had always been with metro but I’m glad I change carriers. He was real helpful in had all the answers to my questions..THANK YOU...”

“So anybody who knows about Verizon knows that where they really shine is loyalty incentives.Verizon and Xfinity are both at the top of their game, and they both reward customers who have been with them for a significant amount of time.I have been with Verizon for 12 years, and they have cut my bill repeatedly and added services for free during the last 6 years or so.Literally everything is unlimited at this point.My calls and data, I have hotspots so other people can use my Wi-Fi for free, cheap Cloud storage, and Total Mobile Protection which almost ensures your phone will be replaced if it is damaged by anything other than water.When you walk into Verizon, they will promptly ask your name and tell you how many people are ahead of you.... So go in there ready to look around or play around on your phone. It won't take long, don't worry!Of course they are in the business of selling the newest phones, so if you have already paid off part of your current phone, expect them to suggest you update..... I just updated to a Google Pixel 7 pro and to be honest, I like it better than Apple and Samsung products. I haven't tried Motorola in a while.If I could give you a word of advice I would say to get on YouTube if possible and look up videos that relate to whatever problem you're having before you buy a new phone. There are lots of easy fixes available on YouTube.That being said, sometimes it is fun to try out the newest phone! Life is short!If you enjoy Android and Google, try the Pixel 7 Pro. The software is top of the line. If you are more into hardware, the Samsung 22 might be right for you... Especially one of the enhanced models.They sell speakers and cases and all sorts of accoutrement. Get yourself some good phone armor, maybe something like an OtterBox Defender or a Commuter. Get yourself a screen protector.Ask them to help you set up a situation where you can find your phone if it gets lost.This is the creme de la creme guys.....this ain't no cheap, slow, boring stuff. They always have the best stuff at this store.”

“I came in to buy two phones, swap my current phone with a new phone, add a new line with the second new phone, swap my current phone with one of the tablets on my account, change data service for yet another tablet on my account, plus get new chargers and cases for the two new phones that came out today. My man Kevin NAILED IT! I was in and out in less than an hour, At one point, Kevin even explained to ME what I was trying to convey to HIM! I've been coming to this same Verizon for two or three years now I've always been happy with the service I received every visit. I never leave reviews, but "Kevin" really knocked it out of the park today. Well Done!”

“Pros: New Building, not crowded, awesome pharmacy staff, clean, good Target staff. Cons: Higher than average prices and grocery section doesn't have a lot of selection. Also, any of the labeled "Good and Gather" brand that sells in the grocery section is fake healthy food. Read the ingredients for yourself. Shame on Target for allowing that brand in their store. I wouldn't recommend Target because I don't like wasting money, but for a Target, this is a solid location.”

“T Mobile Karina is always amazing, so helpful and professional. The people she contacted and their inability to correctly process my 50+ account caused us to be there trying for hours. The young man helping us, when I requested she contact a supervisor to help us, disconnected the call. She had me call 611 because those helping us process, put in the notes; my account couldn't have55+ for 90days. The 611 call was final helpful. That young man respectfully and quickly connected me with a supervisor, after I explained that I had been working on this for 4 hours.”

“Great place. Saved my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Screen went black on Saturday, shop over nighted the parts Monday afternoon and I had my phone back Wednesday night. The Tech even used another used screen on my phone to verify that my phone in fact had a bad screen before they order the expensive part for nothing. Also changed the battery while inside the seal phone. Great service, helpful technician and reasonable prices.”

“I did it! I got a new phone & after 20 years, I let go of that old data plan. Fingers crossed. I got the max w/ free Hulu, Disney+, ESPN & Apple Music. I got $800 for my phone. I paid extra $30 for them to help me set up my new phone. I finally got my discount back under my job classification, but be warned you have to have your Real ID (NSA) set up already. To activate my Disney was a snap, but my Hulu took some customer service via a 1-800 number & having access to a tablet or laptop. Thank goodness a Custer service rep was gracious enough to let me use a tablet on display. They had a special if I got 3 accessories I got 20% off, if I got 4 it's 25%. If you do it online, you get 25% no matter how much you buy. Wow, when did iPhone 14 cases etc get so expensive, but you can't find the Pro at Marshals they all gone. You can find ceramic screen protectors there to save a few dollars. So what I ended up getting was a Coach Case, a cover for the camera lenses & a super fast charge adapter that is suppose to charge my phone in 20 min or less. All together I spent $144 that day. I can't believe they charged me a Per line fee. I only have one line. They don't tell you that until later. Well I went from 64 memory to 256 so really I can't complain anymore on why my phone is not working properly.
