My car died on me. First place I called kept asking more and more questions. Put me on hold. I finally gave up and called Pacific Towing. I called for tow service the night before. The call taker mentioned that the truck will be at my address the following day at 8am. The following day, the truck showed up at 8am as promised and took my disabled car to car repair shop. The driver knew the address of the repair shop, which was a plus.
