“I took a shirt there, recently, to have the button holes put on the opposite side, because the shirt was made for a man. The owner did me one better. She put heavy duty snaps on in such a way, you would never know anything had been altered and it solved my issue with dealing with fastening not designed for a woman. I was so pleasantly surprised!Thank you Palos Cleaners!”

“I came to wash and I used a washer that was a water saver type of washer. So I didn't get the suds n water that I would have liked. The employee offered to refund me. I told her it was not necessary but she understood. She also observed that the wash was not sudsing n water was low so she refunded my $4. That's first for me at a public laundry facility. Great customer service. Plus facility is always clean.”
“Hey World.....about 2 was ago...I went to Courtesy Cleaners on Compton Blvd in Compton, Ca and dropped off my choir robes to be cleaned for $10.25 each. After I picked up the robes...I did not check the robes. When I got home I noticed the black and cream colored robes had faded on the cream color. I took them back the next day with my ticket (I had already taken a pic of the robes before going in which I usually do with al.ost everything that I leave anywhere) and, I explained what I saw w/o mentioning the pics. Nevertheless, I had no problems at all. They explained how certain colors can bleed onto others. But, they politely and suddenly offered to release the robes again without any charge and the young gentleman kept apologizing. No problem on my end. I loved the professional service he offered and the customer service at such an ease. I was so happy. Great place!”

“I took my daughter to do her laundry(she lives in Long Beach) and she told me we were going to a clean Laundromat. I was amazed with this place. Very clean and Ricardo was very nice. The bathroom was super clean and smelled great! Every employee was cleaning and keeping busy. I own my washer and dryer and I am very grossed out with laundromats on the few times I have had to go but I can honestly say, I would wash my clothes here. Good job and keep up the amazing work! “This is an OK laundry place, it could be better if people with no business wouldn't hang around this place, they give bad aspect to the place. Prices are reasonable, equipment is not brand new but it is not too old either, and they do the job. In regards to the dryers, I feel they are a bit overpriced, but I also understand gas prices have gone up. Overall, it is a good place to do your laundry.”
“I use this place mainly for alterations and have always been very satisfied with their work. The quality is excellent, and the pricing is reasonable; $12 for hemming and $18 for tapering on pants. They also accept credit cards with a small $0.25 fee. Overall, great service, fair prices, and reliable results. I definitely recommend this place!”
“I tell everyone with two ears about Super Suds, best laundry service I have ever used. They come to my house and pickup huge bags of laundry from me then drop it off completely cleaned and folded. “I am here right now, i have been looking for a good laundry mat. This one is a good chose, they don’t have the big washer the biggest one is 4 loads. And no bathroom. The driers stop for 30 sec and rotate the other way ?. The middle of the mat is washer and along the two walls driers they look new, washer are mix of old and new. ????, parking on both sides of the property I suggest you enter off the main road but has entrence from the alley too.”

“I called to ask what the turn around time was to press a uniform. Marvin then proceeded to inquire what type of uniform, if I needed it cleaned also, etc. I explained to him that my son was in the fire academy and was unavailable during the week due to their strenuous schedule. He then said my son can drop it off Saturday no later than 10 am and he'd have it ready for him same day by 4 pm. Such a nice man and uniforms came out great. Highly recommend!”
