“I took a shirt there, recently, to have the button holes put on the opposite side, because the shirt was made for a man. The owner did me one better. She put heavy duty snaps on in such a way, you would never know anything had been altered and it solved my issue with dealing with fastening not designed for a woman. I was so pleasantly surprised!Thank you Palos Cleaners!”

“I came to wash and I used a washer that was a water saver type of washer. So I didn't get the suds n water that I would have liked. The employee offered to refund me. I told her it was not necessary but she understood. She also observed that the wash was not sudsing n water was low so she refunded my $4. That's first for me at a public laundry facility. Great customer service. Plus facility is always clean.”

The bathroom was super clean and smelled great! Every employee was cleaning and keeping busy. I own my washer and dryer and I am very grossed out with laundromats on the few times I have had to go but I can honestly say, I would wash my clothes here. Good job and keep up the amazing work! “I actually find this place to be very pleasant. Depending on the time of day, it can be busier during mid morning and evening hours. I try and go as early as possible. Prices are high but I find that when I start my wash that the machine has been cleaned the night before. The facility is usually always clean. I've been coming here for years and I've enjoyed all 3 previous owners including the current owner. Gina is hard working and easy to talk to. Her staff, Maria is also hard working and does the fluff and fold. Both very helpful when you need it.”

“I went to Louie's cleaners to get my wedding suit, blazers, and pants, and my wife's wedding dress to get it cleaned and preserved. The pants were $5, the blazer was $15, and the wedding dress cleaning and preservation was $250. They even offered to clean her veil and preserve it for no extra cost! The boxing did take about 9 weeks, but it was right after the July 4 holidays so it's understandable. Louie's cleaned my suit very well. As for the preservation of the wedding dress and veil, they did an excellent job! My wife can now view her preserved wedding dress from time to time, and she is very happy about it. I would definitely recommend Louie's if you need suit cleaning or wedding dress preservation!”

“This is an OK laundry place, it could be better if people with no business wouldn't hang around this place, they give bad aspect to the place. Prices are reasonable, equipment is not brand new but it is not too old either, and they do the job. In regards to the dryers, I feel they are a bit overpriced, but I also understand gas prices have gone up. Overall, it is a good place to do your laundry.”

“Used small machine for $2.50 and larger machine for $5.50. The facility is very clean, the attendants are nice and frequently walk around, &there is parking in the back. Nice little shop filled with laundry things you might have forgot. Coin machines work. I couldn't have asked for more in a laundry mat. I would definitely come here again.”

“I called to ask what the turn around time was to press a uniform. Marvin then proceeded to inquire what type of uniform, if I needed it cleaned also, etc. I explained to him that my son was in the fire academy and was unavailable during the week due to their strenuous schedule. He then said my son can drop it off Saturday no later than 10 am and he'd have it ready for him same day by 4 pm. Such a nice man and uniforms came out great. Highly recommend!”
