“I had a great experience with the team at this location and was well taken care of while going through the process of ordering a full custom suit and shirt for my wedding. The fit came out great and I love how breathable and lightweight the materials are.
When it seemed like my shirt wouldn’t make it in time for my wedding, Kellen and his team went above and beyond to provide me with a back up option, but ended up rush shipping my custom shirt so that I had it in time.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!”

“Couldn’t have better feedback for the staff at the S&L Manhattan Beach store. Kellen, Gabriel and the team actually reached out to me via text message when the saw that I had an eCommerce cart and offered to help complete my order. Since then, even though I’m based in Chicago, I have purchased exclusively through them (currently have 10 S&L suits and even more shirts). Recently I wanted to pick up a couple suits and they seamlessly coordinated such that I could pick them up from the NYC store while I was in town for work. Just outstanding service all around. I also sent my brother to them to purchase some clothes for his wedding earlier this year. They took great care of him as well. The blue velvet tux in the picture earned me many compliments at the wedding, highly recommend! I actually used to only purchase fully bespoke suits and shirts, but now have converted to S&L given the fit, quality and comfort.”
“My coworker told me about S&TW. It's an expansive building with lots of options for suits, shirts, and shoes. In my opinion, they have a better range than most stores DTLA. Definitely a one-stop shop type of place. Staff is helpful. T Ranger is great! He's funny and professional. If you're shopping for a suit I'd suggest try here first.”
“I had to pick up a uniform for the Firefighter Academy. Navy pants shorts and shirts. Etc. I was given the best customer service! The lady whose name I forgot was wonderful. Helped fit me, she picked out pants and shirts for me that were perfect. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Honestly, it was the best retail customer service I've ever had! Thank you!”
“Tulio is my guy! I came in a week before I had to attend a black tie wedding. Tulio at first impression was very hospitable and very nice. Once he took my measurements and got my tux, I knew he knew what he was doing. The day I put the tux on, I looked magnificent. I told Tulio the wedding was great gatsby themed, and he got it on point. What a wonderful guy and a wonderful business. Could not recommend it more and definitely coming back”

“Found this place in 2015 and come every once in awhile. Most recently needed a last-minute suit for a wedding and Michael and Norma were awesome. I intended to get a black suit but they didn't have my size on hand so Michael offered to call another store and check but instead with he and Norma's help I got a charcoal gray suit with a lavender dress shirt & Michael suggested where I could get a matching bowtie online. I wasn't sure about the gray suit right then when trying it on but at the wedding when I had the whole look together it's now one of my favorite formal fits.”

The staff was busy at work or attending to other customers clothes, but the owner still took the time to explain the wait time and answered my question about how the selling process worked. 10/10 solid thrift store with a good selection. “I had a great experience selecting and purchasing hats here. First of all they have a great selection and everything is very organized. The staff is also very friendly and provided lots of info. I was able to try out different styles and ultimately got 5 hats that were different fits and styles that I wouldn't have previously tried out. Definitely coming back here for more.”

“AMAZING experience all around! My friend and I were looking for a place to rent bikes. Lo and behold, Beach Bound Sports came to the rescue. Conveniently located right across from Pier Plaza, Beach Bound has amazing rates, sufficient rental options, and an amazing staff! Xavier was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a problem locking our bikes (user error) and we called the shop and they quickly responded and helped us out! “This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.”

“ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THIS PLACE IS LIFE SAVING!! My fiancé ended up with a very terrible rented tux with only 9 days to go for our wedding! So we went on a mission to get a back up tux Incase the rental tux still didn't work out after the second try on. We went to Nordstrom and had a rude experience. We went to Macy's and just couldn't find anything that fit right. Then our friend told us about here and that they had a lot of tuxes to choose from so we ran on over. The place was busy and the main guy was holding it down and killing it all by himself! He looked at my fiancé and knew his size and gave him everything he needed. He looked so amazing in his tux and the best part was the pricing! He walked out a proud new owner of a tux and I couldn't feel more at peace knowing we have this option Incase our rental tux still doesn't work out! Either way my fiancé felt so confident in it and I'm so happy he is happy! Even better he is getting it to us right before the wedding with everything already altered to his size. If you are debating to rent or buy for your wedding. Buy and buy only here for a great price and great fit!”
“I was visiting on vacation and needed a pair of shoes. Found some Adidas that were comfortable. The owner assured me if I had any issues that he would help. He seemed very nice. I paid cash. 5 months later they are falling apart. Adidas won't warranty without a receipt, and the owner says he can't get me a receipt past 60 days- despite me knowing the exact day and time I was there. Kinda frustrating that I can't get help now that I actually need it. Who keeps a receipt for their shoes?
I gave 4 stars because when I called he at least offered to try to see what he could do if I came back in to the store. Too bad I live in another state. His customer service is certainly better than Adidas! Lesson learned. Take a picture of every receipt!”

“Dead Rockers is probably my favorite punk shop in Southern California. I'm an east sider, but always take the time to come over here to Long Beach to visit this cute spot. They have a fantastic selection of everything from pins, to records, to shirts and leather jackets. The vibe in this store is fabulous and there is literally something for everyone here. Such a treat to have a spot like this that I can come to do in-person shopping. Prices are super reasonable and the staff is very helpful as well!”
