Excellent customer service from Joy on 10/18/23! She is sweet and very informative about return policies and online shopping to in-store pickups. Also super helpful in gift-giving suggestions/advice. She is a Joy to have help from! ??

I love gacha collectibles and they have a shelf that has tons of different randomized collectibles so I bought one with famous tv show characters. Ended up getting Peter griffin! Enjoyed what this place has and probably would be back on my birthday to redeem my rewards that I signed up for.

We always get good customer service here. I was looking for an item and Joy stepped in to help and even offered to check the back for me. She was very genuine and friendly. Definitely recommend this store :)
