“I felt this sudden urge for chicharrones and guac and so I took the Yelp rabbit hole and found this place. Little meat market in the middle of Norwalk that has big charm, friendly service, and an excellent reputation for their meats. Their chicharrones were crunchy and fresh. My intrigue though, came from the taco shop they own that is right next to them. I am definitely going to have to come back and try this spot.”

“The ranchera meat was good. If you buy the trays make sure you cook the meat on the bottom first and switch top meat to bottom so it can marinate some more otherwise it might be less marinated/less flavor”
“The food was great! I had the Wagyu Galbi which is short ribs with rice, cole slaw and kale salad. Very delicious. The food was prepared quickly. The sides were good and the meat was excellent. Tender well and well seasoned. I will be going back here. Limited number of tables to eat at inside.Parking: Reasonable amount of parking, I'm sure at lunch it's crowded”

“Great meat, great service. The butcher noticed I wasn't too happy with the fillet size of the porterhouse without me saying anything, so he looked in the back and then cut a new piece for me. My only regret is not asking for at thicker cut. Got it marinated, came out delicious. Paid in cash. If you are looking for quality meats and willing to pay a little extra, highly recommend this place.”

I also liked that Missy, although it was an almost perfect review, which usually would just warrant a thank you reply, instead went a step further and asked me if there was anything she could do to assist me if something was not correct, at my recent visit!! “This is my first time here at Orchards BBQ and Grill, this place has a great selection of meats, chicken and fish depends on what you're looking for, it's also a place where there's a very high quality of steaks especially if you heard of Harris Ranch. Service is great everyone behind the counter are very helpful in your selection, deli selection is great hot and cold sandwiches while looking at everyone eating their food you can see the enjoy in them of what they ordered. The ambiance is great you can either stay and order your food or take it to go, it's all what you feel. Today 1/20/24 I met a few people from my alma mater WHS from class of '78-'84. Apparently these beautiful people get together once a month. It's a great way to catch up not only with our class but with everyone else who went to WHS. Next weekend 1/27/24 the WHS varsity tennis team will be given their CIF rings (picture). Thanks to Richard Luna and Eddie Sanchez who decided to do this (past 3yrs) it also helps that the owners are also WHS Alumni. Getting back to the food I had their pastrami sandwich with steak fries, both are very good, my friend Janna had their Ham and Swiss sandwich, at first she thought she would eat half but then I looked how she was doing and she finished her meal. Every is fresh and delicious you won't be disappointed.”
“I used to come here before college to get fresh deli meat for lunch and this store has always had Good produce and tasty meat! Love the butcher guy and the Indian guys that works at the counter are pretty funny. Love coming here for my grocery runs and it’s pretty affordable and they always got everything I need. “This little cute mini market is very convenient to stop by if you don't have time to go to the super market. The meat is very fresh and they have never disappointed me or my Familia. The staff is very friendly and have great attitudes specially the (carniceros) butchers. They keep it clean and organized. Tip: buy the homemade flour tortillas they have by the cash register.”

“Like most after a good bbq, I got referred here. I have been more than a handful of times since. The meat and chicken is always good. I believe some days is better than others, however it is always good. For the most part, service is always up to par. You are normally helped right away even if there is a line as it moves pretty quickly. My last recent visit, it was empty when I walked in. The person working behind the meat counter, walked back and forth MULTIPLE times before helping me(seemed like he didn't want to help). Cashiers don't really help if you're looking for something. Despite inconsistency, in my opinion, you can not go wrong with coming here.”

“This local butcher shop is small but mighty! Besides enjoying their beef/chicken asadas, I've really been blown away by their beef cuts. Fresh produce sometimes available such as avocados which were very good too! After reading reviews I will ask about getting a turkey for November this year. Price is fair for the high quality/service. Can't wait to grill up more stuff!!”

“We bought some meat for a birthday party in May 1, the mea/ was fresh and very good the place is very clean it don't smell the veggies are fresh they make you feel at home I come from Ranch cucamonga just to buy my carne asda from this place and will continue to make the trip for the meat that is so good I would recommend this place 100% to my family and friends even to people that read this...my daughters now come and get there meat here there dad that comes from Palmdale also makes the trip to buy there meat now my nephew that comes from Yucaipa and my brother that also comes from Indio the make the trip to buy there meat....I am telling you guys the meat is fresh and they cut it and prepare it so well that it tastes so good not salty it has a taste that you just want to eat it all the time this place is worth the tripI am happy I found this place the price is not bad either come and check it out...”
