“The men and women who work at this UPS, store. All you have to do is walk in and they greet you with the most welcoming you in with a big smile and are willing to take care of you one on one like your family . They are so patient and caring. I will never go to any other UPS stores than this one. The reason is the other UPS stores was not as patience,understanding and caring. It's a lot easier, to come into the this store, knowing they are going to get the job done right. I walk out so happy, they always make my day even if my day is a hard day I always walk out with a smile. Don't tell anyone how great this UPS store is or we are going to have lines out the door. During my latest visit, Briana provided the notary services I required. Her expertise and confidence in handling the documentation were evident, distinguishing her from other notaries I've encountered who often seemed unsure of the process. Briana's quick, friendly, and detail-oriented approach, coupled with her neat handwriting, added to the professionalism of the service.Moreover, the store's guarantee to redo notary documents in the event of an error on their part speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. However, given Briana's proficiency, I left feeling confident that such a redo would be unnecessary.This UPS Store has consistently demonstrated why it's my go-to for more than just shipping needs. “This is my go-to UPS store. Also, it's a great place to have your fingerprints done through live scan. Chris and Landry were there to help me and they were just so professional, efficient and kind. I avoid coming here during the week though, because there is one worker named Elizabeth who is just so extremely rude, i'd rather just avoid dealing with her entirely so I don't come during the week when she works. It's a shame because I'm not sure if stores realize that one bad worker can really affect business. There used to be a UPS store on telegraph and Painter that went out of business, and I'm quite certain it was due to the unprofessional woman that used to run it.”

“I like having this place in my neighborhood. I can print here, send off letters, get stamps and more. They have shipping boxes and all the things needed for mailing. One thing to remember is that they can only take letter mail for the postal service. Any packages shipped via USPS have to be done at an actual post office. I believe they accept fed ex and UPS. They also have mailboxes for rent. The owner is helpful and friendly. This place has been a time saver for me on multiple occasions.”

“We changed our PO Box from our local post office to the UPS store. While we work from home mostly we do get shipped packages for our job that we couldn't risk being stolen off of our porch. The parking is easy and always accessible. I adore Cole, Kevin, and Anthony and it's never a chore when I need to go up even multiple times a day to retrieve deliveries. Due to this convenience I tend to lean towards shipping items via UPS. This is also my go to spot for any Amazon returns. I have also used them for oversized printouts in the past. Such a gift to our community and I hope they never go away!”
