All you have to do is walk in and they greet you with the most welcoming you in with a big smile and are willing to take care of you one on one like your family . They are so patient and caring. I will never go to any other UPS stores than this one. The reason is the other UPS stores was not as patience,understanding and caring. It's a lot easier, to come into the this store, knowing they are going to get the job done right. I walk out so happy, they always make my day even if my day is a hard day I always walk out with a smile. Don't tell anyone how great this UPS store is or we are going to have lines out the door. “This is my go-to UPS store. Also, it's a great place to have your fingerprints done through live scan. Chris and Landry were there to help me and they were just so professional, efficient and kind. I avoid coming here during the week though, because there is one worker named Elizabeth who is just so extremely rude, i'd rather just avoid dealing with her entirely so I don't come during the week when she works. It's a shame because I'm not sure if stores realize that one bad worker can really affect business. There used to be a UPS store on telegraph and Painter that went out of business, and I'm quite certain it was due to the unprofessional woman that used to run it.”

“The owners/employees make this place pleasant to be for enjoyable accommodating services senior discounts for those over 65 on Tuesday/Wednesday Lin manages to work with your schedule for appointments and get you in quickly if she can. I just wish Printing service department has pick up lockers so I don't have to wait to pick up important docs when I have appointment to be at and I want to be early looking professional. I searched for a long time and found that Huthui company has received very positive reviews. I contacted and the staff members were extremely friendly, responded to messages quickly, answered all my questions clearly and specifically, processed orders quickly, weighed and measured accurately, and guaranteed empty boxes. Opened, lost goods refunded, super fast delivery time (flew out on Thursday and arrived in HCM the following Monday). I extremely trust the company's service, will support it for a long time, the price is a little higher than other places, but compared to what the company has done, I am completely satisfied.
