“So I have a super interesting story about Caravana and a good lesson on exceptional customer service. I moved here from being out of the country and had to buy all new furniture for my place..I went to Caravana and bought a dining table set, a sofa/futon, an accent chair, a bed frame, two nightstands & a mattress. A very solid purchase which should have made me a highly valuable customer... When their delivery guys delivered it one of the guys was exceptionally rude and one dining chair was missing bc they needed to order it (wasn’t informed of ahead of time). I was livid with the way the delivery went. I called Caravana and spoke to Moises (I’m not sure if he’s the manager or owner)... he was extremely apologetic and said he would speak with the delivery guy...but, I was so upset that I literally vowed never to buy anything there again. ?.When I picked up the last chair, Moises apologized again in person and gave me a set of very soft and high quality sheets for my new bed to apologize for the inconvenience & said they’d re-trained the deliver person so the issues I experienced don’t come up again. Interestingly, the sheets were exactly what I needed as I hadn’t gotten my stuff out of storage and was using cheapie sheets..That made things better but I wasn’t sure if I’d go back. Fast forward a few months, I was looking for stools and a reclining chair. I went everywhere—Ashley, Pier One, Living Spaces & a couple of boutique furniture stores...no one had what I was looking for, at the price point I wanted. I went back to Caravana. He immediately helped me, spent time with me to understand my needs and got me exactly what I wanted. I am now not only a happy customer but a loyal one bc of Moises. I’ve shopped for furniture and many things globally, never have I received the customer service I have received from Moises and never has a company been able to turn a negative experience to such a positive one in such a skillful and humane manner. I *highly* recommend Caravana!! Most of the furniture in my pics is from them. ?.p.s. the same driver (and a second driver) delivered the furniture. He was extremely polite, well-behaved and it was clear they absolutely re-trained him. Good work.”

We visited one shop and found the right couch for us, but unfortunately only the display model was there. However, they were kind and accommodating and called up the other location to have them wrap the couch and have it ready for us to pick up that night even though it was about to be closing time. “I found this business on social media so I reached out to get a quote on a full-size mattress and was given very reasonable prices, he listened to my preferences regarding the comfort level I liked. That is a strong demonstration of integrity with relationship to their customer, I appreciate that. Good luck getting that at any of the other mattress stores...which just happen to be middle men distributors with unscrupulous sales tactics.On customer service- I bought a mattress protector from them, this protector is a very high quality organic cotton piece, but upon trying it on the bed I wasn't particularly fond of the feel-nothing is wrong with it and its extremely high quality (like everything else they sell)..upon letting them know I wasn't happy with the feel, John from their central location reached out personally, followed up multiple times, and ultimately made things right with an amenable solution. This company and particular individual demonstrate a level of customer satisfaction that is rare these days, high end products with high end customer service.Every guest who has stayed in my guest bedroom with their mattress has said they slept like a king and loved the mattress.Their attention to detail on using high end materials that are safe, their warranty and care that you're happy with their product, their personal touch with customer service, and the fact that they are locally made will keep me coming back for years to come. I'll continue to recommend them for years to come, I'm happy companies like this still exist.”
