“I got an extra firm mattress that fits my needs. I shopped around multiple stores and Kevin found me the best item at the best price and was clear about the details. There was no pressure or hard upselling.”
“Nicole is fantastic to work with. Great guidance, I've always trusted and respected her knowledge. I've purchased at least 3 mattresses from her and will drive to whatever store she's at over the years, she's that good.”
“Called inquiring about a specific mattress, which was in stock, so I jumped in my car to the store and within 10 minutes bought a new mattress! Spoke with Kevin on the phone and he also was my knight in shining armor store manager.”
“I enlisted the help of this furniture store for an interior design project, and the results are nothing short of exquisite. The designer had an impeccable eye for detail and helped transform my living space into a work of art. The quality of the selected furniture pieces and their arrangement is unparalleled. While the service and products are undoubtedly an investment, the value is apparent in the enhanced aesthetics and comfort of my home. It's an investment well worth making, and I couldn't be more delighted with the outcome.”
“Great experience! Steve was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable; he genuinely wanted to find the right products for my needs. A few months ago, after trying way too many pillows, he recommended one that completely solved my sleep-related neck issues. I was so impressed that I recently came back for a few more items. Excellent service and a great experience all around!”

“We came into Ashley Furniture looking to purchase a full living room set and ended up finding a beautiful sectional that we absolutely loved.
We’ve shopped here before and have always been happy with the quality of the furniture, which is one of the reasons we decided to come back. This visit, however, really stood out because of the great experience we had with our sales associate, Mathew.
Mathew was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, gave us the space we needed to make our decision, and made the whole experience comfortable without ever making us feel pressured.
Great customer service can really make a difference when you’re making a larger purchase, and Mathew definitely delivered. We’re very happy with our new sectional and coffee table, we wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserves.
Thank you, Mathew, for taking such great care of us. We’ll definitely be back!”
