I will highly recommend Allison Shipping International. This is my second time in 2 yrs using them to ship a 20 ft container to and from the UK. From one state then back to another State. βGreat location you can park right on the street right in front of the store with no parking machines so basically free parking. Very convenient. Nice people too not too crowded.β

βThese guys are great. Everything you could possibly need all in one place. I needed to print documents. Emailed some over and brought some by on a flash drive. Either way no problem.β
βMy first time going here and it was a very pleasant experience.
I had a return a drop off via FedEx the gentleman at the counter who was helping me took care of it for me and give me a receipt.
I also used The copier to make a copy of my car registration and it was very easy.
Very convenient location & the gentleman at the counter was very nice & helpful.
I will definitely be back if I need to do any copying, printing or shipping.β
βI forget the staffers name but the guy with the Social Distortion tattoo, he was cool, helped me out printing a pdf for a contract I needed to actually sign, I signed it, then he scanned it into a PDF and emailed me the PDF for a very low price. 10/10.β
βI enjoy the store, I been shopping here for a long time, When my kids needed school supplies,I always find everything they needed, Now I come here for my Grandson 🤗 He gets to experience the store too.β

βI used to dread coming in here under the previous ownership. It wasn’t always the most welcoming experience, and it seemed like there was an extra charge for almost everything—even something as simple as taping up a box for a return. Since the change in ownership, things have improved so much. Everyone has been friendly, and the whole process runs much more efficiently now that there’s more than one person handling everything. It’s been a much more pleasant experience overall.β

βShout out to Michael at this location! I had about 150 wedding invites to send and really wanted them hand canceled to preserve the look of the envelope when it reaches our guests, and he was more than happy to hand cancel them for me. I was nervous this would be a huge ask, but he was so friendly. Iβm so grateful! Definitely will be back.β
βOMG! I am not elderly but 62 and half the electronic stuff I don't know the 1st thing to do but if I had to figure it out I know I could but this young lady name Ronee helped me download and print documents out in color and some without color but hontee that girl was the queen of multitasking while helping me 100%.. I can tell she has a heart to serve the public with dignity respect patience and stlye..she is a wonderful customer service person.. I will always look to learn from her as I take my business to whatever location she is working at. Thank you Roneeβ

βThe bad experiences noted here are the exception and are evidence that many people will mostly leave reviews when something bad happens and not when the experience is good. Iβve shipped 2 vehicles (High Roof Sprinter and 2nd gen Hilux Surf) in the last couple months. Both times drop off was quick and seamless in Long Beach and the pickup for the Sprinter was easy. I had to jump start the Sprinter since the batteries had died due to aftermarket alarm stuff I had installed that will always drain the batteries after 1 month of no use. Matson employees have been super friendly on the phone over the 25 times we called for booking, updates, and logistics. Jesse came through for us when there was a misunderstanding on our part regarding storage rate charged by the port authority at the end destination. FYI you have a 1 week grace period where the storage rate will only be charged per day the port is open for pickup(2/3 days out of the week) after that the port will charge you for every single day whether the port is closed or open for pickup. Do not leave your vehicle there for a month after it was made available for pickup like we did. We are excited to receive our Hilux soon in Hilo βΊοΈβ

I always like to come to this UPS store (even though I live closer to a different location) because the people working here are so nice and the owner, Anthony is really nice guy and you can tell he cares about his store.β
