There was a problem with the payment and he was fighting for me against the company.
There should be more employees like him.

I had to do this survey regarding Extra Space Storage on Elsegundo and Prairie near Hawthorne. The Staff is so amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. Gerson; Monica; Brittany; Mariela ; I'm missing a few names and I'll be sure to add them on my next Survey. They are all always willing to help or answer any questions you may have. The Facility and Staff gets a score of 5 Stars .. It is very clean , and they constantly walk the areas. Everyone seems at ease to be there, like I am. Thank You Extra Space for choosing such a Great Staff .
