The staff here tried to help me find my missing package but they were not able to provide me accurate information. They said my package was at the pick up location and just hadn’t been scanned yet when my package was delivered to my apartment already and the driver had attempted another delivery and succeeded. I was basically running in circles between here and the pick up location trying to find my package for no reason because the tracking system is not accurate.

The staff here is super efficient, courteous. I had to ship four packages to three different countries. The staff was very attentive and professional. This will be THE FedEx I’ll be going from now on.

I’m a Redondo Beach resident and had an urgent package rerouted after I missed the initial delivery—my new laptop, which I absolutely needed before heading out on a 10-day trip. I was told by a FedEx employee at the 1900 PCH location that the package would return to this Central Holding and Delivery Center first, so I drove over, hoping for the best.
It was 10 minutes before closing, and I expected a long shot. But the two women working that evening (Thursday, May 15, around 8:15 p.m.) were incredibly kind, helpful, and energized despite the late hour. Without hesitation, they located my package in the back and handed it over with such care and warmth—genuinely excited to help me out.
They didn’t just save my trip; they made my day and week. Thank you both so much—I truly appreciate you!

I will never use FedEx again UPS will get my business they never have enough man power at FedEx and they tell you one thing on the phone and another at the Hub FedEx is trash

The airline I flew into LAX lost my luggage and after trying to track it down we came to this FedEx location. Karen was such an amazing help!! I honestly lost all hope (had a wedding to attend the next day) but she was willing to go to the back and look through the packages even though they had not been unloaded yet! literally saved the day!! not to mention it was close to their closing time but she was still very willing to help!

The most disgusting delivery service. They don't even try to read the instructions on how to deliver, at least call, but no, they just leave a sticker and leave. I haven't been able to receive my order for a week now🤬

Had a great experience at this FedEx location. I had a very important travel document coming in and I was not seeing any updates online. So went to this location to find out where my package was. The guy at the front desk went out of his way to locate my package and he called the driver to make sure that it was delivered on time.

Worse FedEx location ever ... Always backed up .. with hardly any crowd .. they take forever .. no self serve .. average time to serve is 5 times than other locations. They can do a lot better

Everytime I get the same message as ‘not available/business closed’ on my scheduled package although I was home waiting for the package. The delivery team NEVER even tries to come to the address or contact the person. It just is anytime you send some through FedEx, the customers must go to get the package. They will never deliver to your door step. Horrible service.
