Poor customer service - Fedex is the only courier that continuously fails to deliver packages to my location despite the inclusion of clear delivery instructions.

I gave FedEx 1 star, why? Because they deliver packages and when they cant even do that, well........I was home all day and working in the yard. FedEx never even stopped at my house. Tracking said we tried to deliver (not true) Now I have to drive 15 miles to go pick up my package that I have been waiting all day for. Just bad customer service.

PLEASEEEE HIRE NEW PEOPLE THE TWO LADIES AT THIS LOCATION ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!I was in line with 5 people ahead of me and every single one of us was sent away without any help because the lady-maryan-didn’t feel like going to look for our packages. Her communication skills are horrible and is very very rude and this was the agreement of all the customers present at that time

This facility now in 4 to 6 different Next Day deliveries that are urgent- Mark them as delivery unsuccessful, no one home. When not only are we home but also have video cameras with Ring at front door. Then you have to go pick the package at their facility after 6 pm if it’s urgent which for us it has been. Do not use Fedex for next day delivery around Hawthorne, definitely opt for UPS Next Day services.

I had important package to be deliver year at my job they never attempt to deliver it and waited all day they stated they will try again before 1:30 pm and never did I need to drive 5o minutes away to pick up my package bad customer service also there was no help to resolve my issue

It was empty on a Saturday morning. The service was quick and friendly. Though it was a pain to have to go there in the 1st place after I was home all day, the 2 days before and the delivery never made it to my door. Hmm.

As with others noting here, FedEx habitually lies about delivery attempts out of this regional center unfortunately. Not sure there is anything to do about it, but maybe important for them to know that we know?

Useless drivers, they will take your package and purposely not deliver it, they are lazy and entitled. Any supplier sending me anything with FedEx get automatically canceled! Never use FedEx ever. They kept a package that I needed, driver just kept driving around town with it. Amazon should open their own shipping company and show these sluggishs how to run a delivery company
