I have never gone to this store and not received a greeting and a person asking me if I would like some assistance. Do I need to find anything? Can I help you? What a difference from Home Depot where are you you have to spend three days to find someone to answer a question. Way better store

A HUGE shout out to Ed!!! One of the great floor associates at Lowe's!! He saved me hours in the electrical department. He was so knowledgeable and helpful! (and that isn't even his department!!!) He even came up to me and asked me if I needed help on a busy Saturday morning. I didn't have to wander the aisles wasting precious time looking for somebody to help me! This nice man is an incredible asset to Lowe's!! I'm definitely coming back to Lowe's because of the service I received from Ed! Thanks again, Ed! YOU ROCK!!!

Five stars to Lowe's! I needed flooring and had no clue what I was doing. The area manager talked me through the process and helped me make a great informed decision. The sales person Jesus was also super friendly and helpful. I ordered my flooring. A couple of weeks later it arrived. Customer service helped me load it in my cart. I was off and on my way! Reasonable prices. Amazing service!

It took us 2 visits, 3 telephone calls and being on hold 2 hours to be told today that water heaters are exchanged-only. No return, reimbursement or store credit allowed. That's bad business! Stick a fork in me because I'm completely done!!!

I was going through some serious frustration with Lowe's in Burbank (see separate review). I even called Lowe's corporate to try to get resolution and nothing was happening. Two weeks later, Manager Anna from the Hawthorne store (not the same location that I went to originally) called to tell me she saw my pending unresolved issue in the region's mailbox. She issued me a refund for my missing items over the phone. That was very impressive and kind of her. Thank you Anna at Lowe's in Hawthorne! I will drive out of my way to this location because of the amazing team!

I came to this place to spend some dollars. I know I'm not a contractor oh something like that, but I never ask for something free. I wait almost 45 minutes waiting for someone to come and cut a piece of wood. When I approached the cashier, the same guy told me that I could cut the wood. Informed me that the machine doesn't work. Why didn't you tell me in the beginning ? I lost time... Totally waste time...

Lowe's team delivered exceptional results with my bathroom renovation. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the tiling to the fixtures. The design suggestions were creative and practical, resulting in a modern and functional bathroom that exceeded my expectations. Despite the high-quality workmanship and premium materials used, the cost of the renovation was surprisingly reasonable. I truly feel like I got a great deal for the superior service and products provided by Lowe's. I highly recommend them for anyone considering a home improvement project.

Thanks Michelle in customer service! I accidentally sent some items to the wrong Lowe's location and my delivery locker was also opened by mistake. Michelle helped me resolve this issue quickly and process a refund. Thank you so much for resolving this so quickly!

I'm disappointed in the fact that I went to Lowe's on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I wanted to rent a carpet machine to clean/freshen up my carpet for the holiday season. I was happy to see that they had about six machines available. To my surprise I was told I couldn't rent one because they were dirty and they possibly will be serviced (cleaned) on Wednesday. You would think the manager will have this done preparing for the holidays. I would assume some people like to clean their carpets if they're having guest over, or just wanting their place to look it's best. Poor planning. I was directed to go to another location but yet she couldn't tell me where the other Lowe's was located. Yes I have a phone but I would think Customer Service would know where their sister stores are located and would send me to a store with available carpet cleaners. I decided to bank on my old wisdom and take myself down to Home Depot which was five minutes from the Lowe's and closer to my home. I hope they don't make the same mistake doing the winter holiday season. AND to toot my own horn I cleaned my carpet and my parents.

Needed a few items in a hurry n needed to ask multiple staff where items were. Only managed to buy half of what I was searching for. Spray paint was locked up so I had to wait for a staff to open up. Safety razors out of stock. Pack of different grit sand paper available thankfully. Staff don't seem to know where products are. Walk the floor b4 your shift n check inventory people! 3 items I needed were out of stock. Pity.

Second time making a purchase here. The first time wasn't so great. This second time was an absolute nightmare. To keep it short. I placed an order. Was told a delivery time. It never arrived. I called and they said I had no pending delivery and that my order number didn't exist. I call customer service and am told to call the store and after awhile the store says I have to go in. I go in to be told the order fell through and they will need to refund what I paid and I can come back once it's gone through and try again. Suffice to say. I'm not going back. Customer service is always lacking and with this issue. I just don't want to try again.

I go to Lowe's often because l am always doing something around my place. I can usually find what ever l need. Come to think of it l have even purchased appliances from them. I was just there today purchasing lampshades for two of my lamps and a few weeks ago purchasing blinds and having them cut to perfection for my patio door. The service is pretty good except there are days when you can only checkout at self checkout.

Bought a new item and its missing parts. Wasted 4 hours if my life just to get a refund on it. Not counting the extra month I had to wait for delays.
