“Just had the most pleasant experience buying furniture at Ashley furniture in Hawthorne. Our salesperson was Desiree, and she was so patient and very knowledgeable about the furniture, its composition and care. This helped us make the right choice for our home. The Furnishings are well constructed and overall beautiful. Their selection is extensive and makes finding what’s right for you a sure thing. My husband and son had purchased a mattress the day before but were not sure I would like it, Desiree held the same night delivery so I could come in the next day and try it out. I loved it and we ended up buying chaise sectiona as well. Desiree was so helpful and accommodating, never pressured us and we appreciate her for her kindness and professionalism. We will definitely be purchasing again from Ashley .”

I did made an order today and an hour later I showed up at the store asking when should I pick it up. Karishma Told me that since I was there she browsed the store to put all together for me and I was able to leave with my stuff. This is real true customer service. “Paid a visit to this location on March 22nd around 12:30pm. Honestly what I love about this target is that everything is in large quantity. The parking lot has plenty of parking spaces. The store is wide and large and also very clean. I love the fact that they have everything you need from hygiene products to groceries. They also have awesome employees that's willing to go above and beyond to give you the help you need. One of those employees is Destiny. What I admired about her the most is that she realizes that some of the customers are up in age and it can tire them out running from aisle to aisle looking for what they need. So she takes the time to do the running so to speak to guide them to the products they need. A friend of mine that was with me was looking for a certain type of facial mask. We had asked a young lady that was doing some stocking and she just threw us a number that didn't exist. She told us to look and aisle number 38. There is no aisle 38. But after running into destiny we were directed where we needed to be. I also love the fact that they have a self checkout with plenty of registers. It was swift and easy. This is definitely one of my go-to locations.”

“Don't let the word warehouse in their name fool you. Their furniture quality is amazing! I'm moving and just went to them for the second time to outfit my outdoor spaces. I LOVE the pieces I got from the Ibiza collection. I also got an umbrella that is easy to move, swivels and tilts and has great coverage. Victoria helped me out and I could not recommend her knowledge and customer service more.”
