I was called into the back within 5-10 minutes of my appointment time. The Lab tech was very professional and efficient. Sometimes they have a hard time finding my veins but she didn't. This is the 2nd time I have visited this Quest Diagnostics office and have had noting but good experiences.

I was literally abused by one of your employees which included swatting my hand away from the computer screen in the lobby. She spoke to me like I was a child and would not listen to anything I had to say. She was awful. Then the person taking my blood had to stick me three times, although she was nicer.

Over-crowded and slow service. Had people waiting for hours, if “walk-ins “ aren’t given a chance after waiting more than 3hours then why provide the “walk in “ service at all. Second time I come here, second time it’s a disappointment.

As a walk in you shouldn't have to wait for 4 hours to be seen. Sat at next on the walk in list for 3.5 hours. As well as 9 people behind me that it seams there may be more of a need than 2 employees per facility. Also no receptionist dosnt help with disgruntle patients in the waiting room and the poor nurses get all of there frustration when they come out to call the next person

Sandra and her co worker need a raise in pay, bonuses, and more help! They were working as best they can to facilitate all patients and it's only 2 of them, which is ridiculous considering the amount of foot traffic the office receives, who ever management is should be ashamed of themselves for leaving Sandra and her new co worker out to dry and set up to fail! People were complaining and upset with them and they did the best they could to help everyone.

If you want to waist time and wait and get no help if the check in machine won’t work and there answer it’s only 2 people working so you need to sit and have patience,,,, this is the place ,,,, not enough employees lack of professionalism

Genuinely I feel for the employees of Quest, yall are understaffed, overworked, and stressed to the point where I either have a horrible time getting snapped at or feel like I can’t advocate for myself without annoying the staff members.
Healthcare shouldn’t be like this, to get labs done I shouldnt have to dedicate half of my day to waiting. There’s never appointments available in a timely manner and when there are theyre usually close to closing - when, if you have a bigger lab, they will outright refuse to service you, which has happened to me. I’m disabled, i firmly feel this service really is not accessible to anyone let alone those who need assistance with it.
Ive tried just about every location in this county because Quest is the only one who works with my docs. I’m exhausted I need labs about once a month and that’s not feasible with the system Quest has in place. It took me an hour to finally talk to someone today, not wait, not make an appointment, just to talk to a staff member who is a real person and not a computer.
