Easy, easy for a tech-challenged dude to make an appointment online. Easy, easy to check-in. I was escorted in about five minutes before my scheduled appointment, and the whole process took about 15 minutes. Quest started posting my results to my Quest account in less than 24 hours!

Astrid and Sam are the best! The office was understaffed, the waiting room was jam packed but when they called my name there was no sense of being rushed. I hate drawing blood but both have helped me feel comfortable! This is why I always come here (even though the parking situation is horrific)

My phlebotomist was incredibly good. She took her time and was very delicate. She was also incredibly friendly and had great energy to be around. I will definitely be back for my next blood drop and recommend that others do so as well.
