If I could give them 0 stars I would. I arrived there at 9am and had to leave because they closed for lunch at 12:30pm. That's right....I waited 3 1/2 hours and they couldn't get me in. They take 30-45 min per patient.I can draw blood 10 times faster than that.If theses ladies actually worked instead of chatting it up with every single patient maybe they would get things done.Will never come back to this location.Quest needs to shut this place down, seriously!

They drew my blood, 5 vials for only two tests and when I got the results they ran the wrong tests. They did not even follow the orders.

Very bad experience at this location today, they were running at least an hour behind, I took time off from work so I can quickly get to my appointment and get back to work but that wasn’t the case, I had to wait and wait not sure why they make appointments if they won’t honor the time! Dirty waiting area! I probably went to a rundown location that needs more staffing, new staffing, new maintenance team to keep the waiting area nice and clean! Looked like only 2 people working here, one of the employees told me each patient take longer then other, well that disclaimer is not their website when you make an appointment! If I may say it in today’s language “this place is trash” don’t come to this location, find a different quest or just find a whole different company! Horrible horrible service, the people working here doesn’t know how to speak to their customers. Just TRASH.

Claims they take walk ins until 4pm, but it’s not the case. You go into a waiting room with only check in kiosks. I checked in other folks were waiting, scanned my ID & insurance info and say down all for the lady to come out 10 before 4pm to say she was taking in the last person even though there were 3 more. I asked what the cut off was bc the kiosk allowed us to sign in as walk ins and she said it varied on if they had apts that day or not. They need a hard cut off or to disable the kiosk at a certain time…not cool. Says they open at 8am but we need to be in line by am…I’m sure they don’t take their time to submit the insurance claim though!!!

I left work early to come here , I signed in, waited for over an hour as they passed in everyone 1 by 1. I was the last one left. They came out looked at me and told me they were closed. After all that. They couldn't take 1 more person because it was 4pm. Yeah, this place sucks.

I am at the Lab Quest in Hawthorne. This place is horrible. The medical professionals are druid and they appear to be very, very lazy. I have an appointment along with one other person. They made me wait until my appointment time and had no other scheduled times, Comin sense indicates that you would assist me next so that you could began assisting your walk-ins. There are people who were turned away yesterday. Everyone is complaining. This is the worse medical experience,,,,

Ordered a test online and went as a walk in. Phlebotomist was very skilled and I was in/out in 15 minutes. Recommend this location.

Dingy dirty building. No human reception. It's just a kiosk to self-check in. There were way too many walk-ins. People need to make appointments. This is not a walk-in type of situation. I'm sure the owner is on a yacht somewhere. Not reinvesting in making the experience better for the clients.

They purposely make you wait a minimum if you come in before your appointment. GO ELSEWHERE. Parking is terrible, even in the morning. ATTITUDES change as soon as they here you are a walk in. UNPROFESSIONAL choice of STAFF. They said they take their appointments first before even looking at walk ins, an exact quote.

Si es posible dar 0 daría cero estrellas, llegue sin cita y me hicieron esperar más de tres horas y aun así no me Atendieron, el personal tiene una actitud desagradable no salen ni siquiera para decir algo acerca del tiempo de espera, si quieres desperdiciar tu tiempo este es el lugar correcto

Terrible service. The automated service number provided set my appointment and confirmed the date and time but, once I arrived there was no record in their system. When I asked for assistance from the tech, she was rude and short with me and when I asked how I could call someone directly for assistance and to check on the appointment I previously made she said I can't help you, just call the number. In the office I called the number and asked for the operator and line shut off. This company's scheduling system is inefficient and several other patients in the waiting area agreed and offered other ways to make the appointment, no help from the actual techs or reps of Quest but the patients. That is unacceptable and it needs to change!

Wish I could give no stars for terrible service and terrible staff. Don't have attitude when people ask you questions after waiting for almost two hours NEWS FLASH we have to fast so yeah time is important. TWO HOURS!!! Then you want to say well your not guaranteed service with an attitude! What a joke you should be ashamed of yourselves. I bet you would love to have your morning wasted like that and I bet you would stay quiet right?

This is the worst place. You make an appointment and they don’t honor it since it was close to lunch time. Too dangerous of an area.
