You just need to know what you are getting into. I can handle old rooms, fixtures, tvs, etc. But keep the pests out. I saw two 6 legged bugs. Alll I expect is cleaned sheets and towels. I would have loved to make this my go-to hotel in LA but the bugs are a non option.
