“My daughter found this hotel for me knowing my taste as I prefer boutique and Vintage styles. I needed one night rest before flying home to Australia after a long 10 days of cleaning and packing up my Mums estate.

I was delighted to arrive at such a gracious and welcoming reception. I had spent 8 weeks in Europe last year. The moment I came through the doors memories of my time at beautiful old homes and hotels in France, Spain and Italy came back to me. I gasped in surprise.
The entire hotel is like a dream come true! My room off the courtyard was absolutely beautiful. I decided not to leave and just hang out resting in my grand giant bed with the french doors open to the courtyard.
My cousins picked me up for dinner. They came in and couldnt believe the grandure. They said they lived their entire lives here driving past and had no idea what was inside!

My stay was very relaxing and extremely comfortable. The staff are very helpful.
I would recommend this hotel as one of my top places I have been. The standard is very high. If I ever come back to Los Angeles I will stay again.”

“We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Hawthorne for one night as I needed to be poised to go into Los Angeles early the next morning.

From check-in to the complimentary breakfast in a clean dining space, the service was excellent. All staff were helpful, kind, and professional.

My son used the hot tub, that was not necessarily hot (he also said the jets were not working) but it was warm and relaxing and clean.

The room was sizeable with a great TV, wifi, and bathroom.

Beds were very comfortable and my husband said he had the best night's sleep in a week! I am giving 4 stars because of a slight smell to the hallways and room, but this may be due to our specific room.

Last night, we took a walk down Hawthorne Ave and side streets for about a mile and a half and the neighborhoods felt normal for being so near to a freeway and part of a big city. There was some trash on the sidewalk, but the walk was generally pleasant and I felt safe walking alone later when I went to pick up food.

This is an excellent choice if tou need to be close to downtown or LAX but want to also be able to go on a walk.

There is a gated parking garage that appears to be shared by the hotels that are clustered here on the same block and it was convenient. Cost was $15.

We would stay here again.”

“It was our 2nd time staying here! We love the location from Sofi! The room was very spacious and clean. Checking in was a breeze with Ms. Jimena(sorry if I spelled it wrong) she’s very friendly and knowledgeable that all my questions was answered. It might not have free breakfast but free coffee and fruits is a sweet treat already. We will definitely back 💜”

“Excellent motel for a stay in Los Angeles

We had a great stay here during our time in Los Angeles. The room was modern, spacious, and very well equipped, including a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and TV. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Parking directly in front of the room was very convenient, and we felt safe throughout our stay. Unlike some other motels, there were no suspicious people hanging around the property, which made for a much more comfortable experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed an extra blanket, and it was provided immediately without any hassle.

Overall, this was a really good motel with great amenities, a comfortable room, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.”

“I was initially upset with this hotel due to them relocating me to another hotel before check-in without prior notification. The hotel I was relocated to ended up charging me $325 for parking ALONE. I then contacted Daniel Bautista, the GM, and he was great and understood the issue. No hesitation he resolved it. I believe that deserves the 5-star rating. Thank you!”

“Great rooms with surprisingly spacious bathrooms compared to many other hotels, including Courtyard properties in other locations. The location is very convenient, with grocery stores, a pharmacy, and several restaurants easily drive-accessible nearby.

They also have an in-house pizza place, which is a great option if you’d rather not head out for dinner. That said, I’d recommend avoiding walking around the streets late at night.

The staff were exceptionally polite and courteous throughout my stay. They were quick to respond and provided helpful assistance whenever needed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service.”

“Well, for starters the breakfast every morning is great, and when the staff comes around they are very friendly and I really think that overall this is a great place. Very underpriced.”

“Front desk agent greeted us and was able to accommodate me and my family. We checked in August 28 a Friday around 5 or 5:30pm.
Unfortunately the sofa bed is not recommended at all. Very uncomfortable and has a lump in the middle and could feel the springs. Other than that everything else was great.”

“Fine for what it is, ac was cold, shower was hot, sheets were clean. For one night before a flight, it’s perfect. Gym and pool were not open, but was mentioned and reflected in price. Property is beautiful the owner could really transform this back into a beautiful spot. Yes the rooms were outdated. But no issues with cleanliness or bugs or noise.”
