“During my recent stay at this hotel, I was disappointed to find that the advertised whirlpool was out of order. This was one of the main amenities I was looking forward to, and its unavailability diminished my overall experience.
Additionally, the shower booth in my room was uncomfortably small, making it difficult for an average adult to use it comfortably. This lack of space detracted from what should have been a relaxing and convenient stay.
I was also dissatisfied with the service at the front desk. Despite being an elite member, the hotel agent did not acknowledge my status and refused to grant a late check-out, which is a standard benefit typically offered. By the way, this was a Comfort Inn in the past.”

“I’ve spent several months here while in town for work. That’s what this place is good for. It’s basic, but every room has a kitchenette with a full size fridge and a dishwasher. Laundry is free. It’s close to LAX and relatively easy to get anywhere you need to be.”
“Excellent motel for a stay in Los Angeles
We had a great stay here during our time in Los Angeles. The room was modern, spacious, and very well equipped, including a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and TV. Everything was clean and well maintained.
Parking directly in front of the room was very convenient, and we felt safe throughout our stay. Unlike some other motels, there were no suspicious people hanging around the property, which made for a much more comfortable experience.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed an extra blanket, and it was provided immediately without any hassle.
Overall, this was a really good motel with great amenities, a comfortable room, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.”

“Still a great hotel. I've stayed here many times and it's a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty modern. The lobby is excellent! It is modern but very cozy at the same time and huge. I'm not a fan of being charged for parking in an open lot. There is sometimes an issue with finding a parking space when the hotel is at capacity.”

“Not my best hotel stay, but not awful either.
The hotel itself is very basic, which was fine for my needs since I’m only here for a pre-cruise overnight stay. The pool was closed due to a Board of Health issue, but honestly that wasn’t a major concern for me since I wasn’t planning on using it.
My biggest frustration was the check-in process. We arrived at 2:30 PM, and official check-in is at 3:00 PM. The lobby was packed with guests waiting to check in, yet the front desk refused to check anyone in without charging a $25 early arrival fee. He waived it for me because I’m Diamond with Wyndham but the fact that tried ruffles my feathers.
I understand charging a fee if someone shows up at 8:00 AM expecting a room, but charging guests who arrive less than 30 minutes before check-in—while rooms appear to be available—just seems unnecessary. Instead, everyone was left sitting in the lobby waiting, only to create a rush at 3:00 PM.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but the check-in policy left a bad first impression.”

“My daughter found this hotel for me knowing my taste as I prefer boutique and Vintage styles. I needed one night rest before flying home to Australia after a long 10 days of cleaning and packing up my Mums estate.
I was delighted to arrive at such a gracious and welcoming reception. I had spent 8 weeks in Europe last year. The moment I came through the doors memories of my time at beautiful old homes and hotels in France, Spain and Italy came back to me. I gasped in surprise.
The entire hotel is like a dream come true! My room off the courtyard was absolutely beautiful. I decided not to leave and just hang out resting in my grand giant bed with the french doors open to the courtyard.
My cousins picked me up for dinner. They came in and couldnt believe the grandure. They said they lived their entire lives here driving past and had no idea what was inside!
My stay was very relaxing and extremely comfortable. The staff are very helpful.
I would recommend this hotel as one of my top places I have been. The standard is very high. If I ever come back to Los Angeles I will stay again.”
