ZERO STARS. We had a confirmed passport appointment for our newborn. After standing in line for 30 minutes (because only one employee was working), we were casually told the passport technician wasn’t there today. No email, no phone call, no cancellation notice. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional—especially for a NEWBORN.

Today YVONNE was the only employee working and with a passive aggressive attitude to say the least. Thanks Yvonne. She decided to commit robbery in daylight because her attitude. I had pre paid postage that fit the dims and weight requirements. Yet her attitude said I’m going to steal from you and up charge you because I say so. Wrong. I will be following up. I didn’t create a scene because I have class. But truly Yvonne that was a heinous act.

One person working...self service machine is not working so I have to stand in line with 8 people in front of me...dirty and smells...very sad...disappointed in the USPS.

I'd give half a star if i could. Hands down one of the worst post offices i've ever had to deal with. I started buying through Amazon to avoid my packages coming in via USPS. It's always crazy there, everyone's rude and quite unhelpful. Recently tried to have my wife pickup a package there but could not because the driver never left a slip when they 'attempted' delivery. SMH

Do not come here for passport services, even with an appointment. They only have one tech who seems to be out almost all the time. Can't even really blame her as the post office should hire more staff.

Do NOT go to this location if you are getting a passport. They let you make appointments but they do not offer passport services. Went there today having made my appointment about 10 days prior. The woman at the desk said the appointments were all cancelled and they don’t have anybody working there who does the applications. They also don’t offer photo services even though the website says they do.

They have been holding my package for a month now. I finally get through to a live person, when I asked why they were holding my package the rude woman hung up on me. What a bunch of thieves....

If I could give this zero stars I would. Not because of the people at the front desk but because of the lady who is in charge of passports. I had a passport appointment with her about two months ago. I showed up - she did not. She didn’t even care to let me know ahead of time. One of the ladies at the front had to go to the back to ask for her and came back saying “she isn’t here, she hasn’t been here in a while”. I had to leave and try and find another usps nearby but no appointments available. I tried walk ins but it was already to late in the day for them to take in. I ended up going to USPS in Palos Verdes three days later and it was such an easy experience. Only issue I have now is that I have a flight tomorrow at 8pm - day the real ID is being implemented and still no passport. If the passport lady did not waste my time and showed up to HER JOB, I would’ve probably already had my passport and not have to deal with the stress. All love to all the other workers. Passport lady - do better

Went yesterday to drop off Depop packages. Hesitated going to the post office due to the bad reviews. Complaining about wait time is unnecessary as it’s not in their control how many people wanna ship stuff and that’s something that shouldn’t have an effect on the ratings. The workers there were very straight forward n firm but no where near close to being rude. I feel all the bad reviews are because people are mad that the workers are not giving kiss ass attitude like most places. But they are not obligated to kiss ur ass. You tell them what you need and they’ll give u an answer simple as that.
