“Went for the Thanksgiving lunch, we were so surprised it was basically empty. As soon as we walked in we were serve a very tasty meal. We were told students from Leuzinger cooked the turkey, mashed potatoes n gravy, green beans, corn, cranberry, stuffing, dinner roll, coffee n juice, apple or pumpkin pie. Then we got to take at least 2 plates. They gave gift cards n baskets. It was very nice thanks Hawthorne.”

“During my recent stay at this hotel, I was disappointed to find that the advertised whirlpool was out of order. This was one of the main amenities I was looking forward to, and its unavailability diminished my overall experience.
Additionally, the shower booth in my room was uncomfortably small, making it difficult for an average adult to use it comfortably. This lack of space detracted from what should have been a relaxing and convenient stay.
I was also dissatisfied with the service at the front desk. Despite being an elite member, the hotel agent did not acknowledge my status and refused to grant a late check-out, which is a standard benefit typically offered. By the way, this was a Comfort Inn in the past.”

“I really enjoyed my 3 night stay with this hotel. However, they didn't have an outdoor grill area as the website says. It also mentioned free parking which also wasn't true. One of the main attractions for this hotel is the location. I timed my travels (driving after morning rush hour) and every trip wasn't a long congested wait. The hotel rooms were nice and the hotel staff were so helpful. My only problem was the parking which wasn't free but accessible if you have a handicap sticker. The parking garage was a short walk across the street and seemed great even tho it was shared with four other surrounding hotels..The what was supposed to be Queen bed was really a full size bed but my wife and I managed to make it work.”

“Great hotel for value, excellent free breakfast, honest maid service. Only thing I didn't like was $20 a day for parking but I guess that's everywhere in LA. Highly recommend to everyone and I'm pickey about hotels.”

“Great hotel venue with easy parking. I didn’t stay in a room but the conference room was nice and sound proof when the doors were closed and the temperature was perfect. Easy for an all day training and so many food options close.”

“First Friday fish. Second Sunday breakfast. Steaks on both days. Weekly Wing Wednesdays. Jukebox music. Pool table/ darts. Tvs for sports and occasional movies. And of course drinks.!”
