“Great place for a wedding and reception! The food, DJ, and cake (all included) was amazing and valet parking was a great bonus. The cake is by Hawaiian Bakery and is the best wedding cake I have ever had. This place was my top pick for my wedding venue and everything went smoothly on my wedding day, probably thanks mostly to my wedding coordinator... which, if you are wondering you need... I would HIGHLY recommend, especially if you are like me and are planning a California wedding from another state. The white archway and chairs are included and they let you pick out your tablecloths and napkin colors, of which they have a good variety. For travelers, this venue is also conveniently located near LAX. The major wedding items not included in their package is photographer/videographer and florist.”
“If you love to be on the water and want a little exercise and vitamin D then Paddle House is a great choice. Their membership is hassle free and comes with 24 hour access to the private dock. Also you can sign out any of their boards or Kayaks as long as your vehicle is equipped for travel. Take it to Dana Point or La Jolla. Or when you get off work instead of the normal gym try paddle boarding around the marina circuit a few times. The Staff are super friendly and will encourage newbies and seasoned adventurers. If you need to take a break from the membership due to cold weather or they easy about that too with no pressure either way. I look forward to seeing you on the Water!!!!”
“I am definitely not a gym guy and had reservations about joining but after the first session I knew I made the right decision. The coaches and staff are incredible, very knowledgeable and it is clear that they are there to do their best for you. Highly recommend this for people of all fitness levels.”

“My relatives own a boat and this is where they keep it parked, lol. We come down here ever so often when we want to go for a 3hr tour. There was one time we had an issue w/ the key card not working, but we went in to the office and Sharon was on hand to fix it...nice lady. Just an FYI the keycard only lets one car in at a time, and parking spots are limited. (My pics aren't loading w/ review)”

“As usual, the food was excellent. However, the service was extraordinarily poor. There were almost no other patrons when we arrived, yet it took more than 1/2 hour to get our order placed. After that the server never came back to check on anything until after we were finished eating. After then ordering and finishing an after meal coffee, I kept trying to get the waiter's attention to bring the check. I even requested other servers to have our waiter provide the check, then started waving my arms repeatedly to get his attention whenever he came back to our area (outdoor), and finally had to physically get up and approach him to request that he provide the check.This was more 40 minutes after finishing our meal! It almost appeared as though he was avoiding us -either that or he is just extremely inattentive. Other patrons he was serving even pointed out to him that I was trying to get his attention. Without question, this was the worst service I've ever experienced and not consistent with many prior experiences there.”

This hotel is nestled in the Redondo Beach Marina. The sea bass or short ribs is a must at Baleen Kitchen restaurant. Have breakfast outdoors with views of the marina. Most importantly there is Happy Hour everyday! Enjoy your stay. Hope you find this helpful. ❤”

“My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights for July 4th. While we had a few hiccups when checking in, the hotel staff made everything right and we had an amazing time! The hotel is within walking distance to everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway including the sandy shores of Redondo Beach, and a multitude of restaurants. The rooms are very clean with super comfortable beds, and the hotel has a very charming beach decor. Without a doubt, anytime we come back to the LA area this is where we will be staying!”

“Beautiful venue for my dad’s Celebration of Life. Swathi was awesome and helped me find the great vendors for the occasion. Restrooms were clean and roomy. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely recommend the Catalina Room.”
