“These guys are fantastic. Took my ball python who wasn't gaining weight at the expected rate. They were efficient with the exam, diagnosed her quickly and recommended against doing extra unnecessary testing. The vet clearly has lots of experience with reptiles and knows his stuff! Absolutely will be going back to them for all of my snakes in the future.”

“The staff at Harbor Animal Hospital are amazing! The atmosphere is very welcoming and very clean. We took our elderly cat to get some respiratory things checked and get flea medicine and refill a past prescription for my cat. Dr. Norby and her helper Samantha were both super helpful and answered all our questions and told us extra tips on things and went above and beyond any vets we have seen. They werent pushy or trying to force us to do more tests and things than what we decided on and were very respectful.”

“Nothing could ever prepare me for the day I lost my soul pet. Hearts & Halos supported us immediately because of how quickly my baby’s health declined. I can’t believe I can look back on the day I let her go and say the process was better than I could have imagined. Dr. Denise Osborne and her assistant showed up with such compassion. I am crying as I write this because of the kindness and patience they showed me on the hardest day of my life. “Beautiful souls attend this facility. Every single one of the vet techs and vets have shown compassion and empathy for my Pomeranian babies. They're prices are reasonable and they accommodate to my hectic schedule. They treated my baby like if they were theirs. I will continue to bring my babies here. Rest assure that they also need rest and will be closed for the holidays season. However, they provide alternative emergency facilities while they are closed.”

“Fortunate to have this vet urgent care in Santa Monica. I was able to walk in Sunday morning when my dog had an ear infection. The staff & vet Dr. Hinchey were kind and caring. He confirmed that our cat Abel is very healthy and recommended the vaccines that were actually needed. The visit felt honest, professional, and stress-free.

“I had such a positive experience here and am truly grateful for the kindness and care shown to both me and my cat.
My cat has had a large lump on his arm for some time, and I came in feeling very anxious and worried. The staff took the time to examine him thoroughly and explained everything clearly and honestly. They reassured me that he is otherwise healthy and that the lump can be removed through a cosmetic surgery if we choose to move forward, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
When my cat became stressed and reactive during the visit, the team handled it with patience and compassion. Instead of forcing anything, they adjusted the plan and provided medication to help him relax for his next appointment so blood work can be done safely and calmly. I really appreciated that they prioritized his comfort and well-being.
The estimates for blood work and surgery were clear, reasonable, and far more manageable than I expected, which was a huge relief. I never felt judged or rushed; just supported and listened to.

“I want to sincerely thank the team at Banfield Pet Hospital for the care and attention they give to my senior furbaby, Jaxon. As he’s entered his golden years with some health challenges, it’s meant the world knowing he’s in the hands of people who genuinely look out for him.
Special shoutout to Dr. Anderson — Jaxon absolutely loves her, and I do too! She’s professional, compassionate, and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. You can tell she genuinely cares.
Also, a huge thank you to Francesca, one of the amazing vet techs. She’s consistently kind, patient, and accommodating. I’ll never forget the time I was rushing to pick up Jaxon’s heart medication and was worried I wouldn’t make it before closing — she reassured me and stayed on it, and I got there just in time thanks to her calm and helpful attitude.
While I’ve noticed the front desk staff can sometimes come off a bit short, I understand that it’s a fast-paced environment and some days are harder than others. Regardless, the care and commitment behind the scenes truly shines, and that’s what matters most to me.
